Do not take your children here. They do not know how to work with kids at all. Terrible manor and they cannot find their vein. 3 employees poked and stuck my 3 year old, kept blaming my childs small veins. Instead of just saying they have no business working on them in the first place they destroyed her arm. I always normally go to the outpatient testing at Palos Hospital, but our insurance suggested this lab. I have never had any issues with my 3 year old getting labs ever until this place. I took my 3 year old to Palos Hospital to do it correctly immediately after leaving this place and they did it seriously in 3 mins, with NO issues at all. They used a butterfly needle which is NOT what ACL labs did. They did not need a vein finder (as ACL labs said was needed). The hospital staff stated if they have to stick 2 times and still doesnt work, to stop and leave because the person doesnt know what they are doing. I will never go here again. Palos Hospital only from now on. Also it is cleaner there and the staff is very friendly. Honestly, the employees here need to know when they cannot do something and just send people on their way; not to use people as pin cushions. Ridiculous.

It is usually difficult to draw blood from my veins. The staff at ACL Labs gets it done right the first time, every time, without chasing my veins. Depending upon the time of day (plenty of hours to choose from), there may be a little wait in the small waiting room (if necessary you can spill over into the large main lobby) but it is definitely worth it!

Went in last minute for blood draw. Wait time is to be expected since its just a walk-in with later-than-usual hours. Waiting area is a bit cramped, but it is what it is. The woman who took care of me was pleasant and made the process a breeze. No complaints.

If you dont mind waiting a half hour for someone to show up, youre good. The lab opens at 6 am and it is always one particular employee who either doesnt show up at all or shes extremely late. Management clearly doesnt care.

On last 3 visits the staff was rude. After my lab work was drawn I ended up with a large and hard bruise. Management not concerned about customer service or patient satisfaction. Would not recommend you go there

The wait is to long with staff laughing and talking like they are not working. Some of them are rude and should not work with the public. I give them negative 5 stars
