This was the worst place I have ever been to and descriminated as well. I get it it is a low cost "clinic", but this place looks like a dump. It is very very dirty. garbage on the floor and desks ( if u can find a desk) and very unprofessional service. I had to wait for someone to open the door for me because someone else was scared to open it for me because I had sunglasses on ?!!! Than I get in and no one tells me nothing and the doctor told me to go somewhere else without even asking me anything!!!! I finally told them I had an appointment. I had tears in my eyes! I was so scared. They did the blood test on me and now I just hope I wont get sick because of this dirty place and unprofessional care. They say they been there for 20 years but seems like they dont know how to treat patients. BEWARE! Clean up at least! my dogs live in better conditions than this place. I will file a complaint and an inspection request.

I was very pleased with my experience at Unilab! I had to get a 10 panel drug test for my school and within 2 days, I was EMAILED my results in a nice pdf file! Furthermore, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions. Although the place was a little difficult to find, I have no complaints and recommend Unilab to anyone who wants fast, and reliable service! Heres a breakdown of my experience: walked into the clinic, filled out 1 form, peed into a cup, walked out...no waiting, no BS! Regarding the previous review entitled "I ran away from this place"...it is a complete lie! The staff was very professional, courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Their office might not be the fanciest of places, but who cares? If you want legit, fast, quick results, Unilab is the place to go. And it only cost $25. Some places charge $40. OVERALL, IM VERY PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMEND UNILAB TO ANYONE!

well ihad been visiting this unilab since 2011.Yes this is a low cost laboratory i saved hyndereds of dollors.I Visit this lab every 3 months for my A1c check and also other blood tests. The staff are very professional and friendly ,The welcome they give you .Will make u feel comfortable.The results are efficient and they will email u the same instently as when ,right away. I whole heartly reccomend people to visit this facility and know for your self.Yess the tests are very cheap as compared to other labs clinics. Previously my doctor used to take blood samples and send them to their own known test centers but, the fees were very high as compared to uni ab. Yes i once again reccomend people to visit this uni lab for ur various blood test.

Unilab is a valuable resource to have when there are insurance problems or if your insurance doesnt cover lab work. Their rates are lower than most other labs. It is good to visit your doctor armed with test results. Even if you dont have insurance, try to visit Unilab a couple of weeks before your doctor visit. They dont accept debit or credit cards (so bring cash or maybe a check). See their website for price information. The staff (especially phlebotomist, Shireen C.) is very helpful and will work with you to help you decide which tests you need (and even how to best optimize each tests medical value) as well as going over per test costs. The offices are small, but wait times are minimal. You wont regret choosing Unilab.

I came to Unilab to get my blood test.Unilab is low cost laboratory.The charges are very reasonable and service is outstanding. Unilab lists the price online, so you know what youre paying for the type of work you need done. The Staff at Unilab are very cooperative,helpful and professional. The ambience is also very nice.I enjoyed the service and very thankful they are around for inexpensive blood tests.The doctors were very polite and courteous.Unilab is definitely the place to be referred to others for blood tests.

I was referred to Unilab by a friend because I needed blood work done for a job overseas. I do not have health insurance, so Unilabs low prices were a big plus for me. Overall, I was very pleased with the service by Unilab personnel who were very courteous and professional in every way, and received my results very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Unilab to anyone, and will return there for blood work in the future.

I participated in the Health Fair 2014 conducted by SVS (Balaji) Temple, Aurora, IL. The blood testing was done by Unilab inc., Oak Park, IL,. The blood was drawn by an experienced health professional. The results were emailed promptly within few days and was accurate. I am extremely satisfied with their service. They also have Walk-ins at a very economical price, listed in their website, which I will recommend for every one.

I talked with Shireen, she is extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and felt very relaxed during my blood test. The prices are very reasonable. Ive been coming here annually to get a few blood panels done to keep an eye on the blood levels of things. Everytime I come here, they are very nice and straight to the point of what I need done. I am self employed with not the best insurance, this has been a great thing to be able to pay the low costs up front for super fast results!

I have been going to the Unilab for the last 15 years with no problems. I drive 20 miles to get there and dont mind it. They fax reports to my doctor promptly. My doctor is happy, and I am happy. Staff is extremely courteous and gets the job done nicely. I dont have to waste time waiting!

The large institutions charge about 30 times what Unilab offers. The staff is extremely polite. The technicians practice clean technique and are very competent. Providers can easily fax orders to be carried out. You get results in two days.
