I came in with a 9:15 am appointment for a 3 hour glucose tolerance test. Im in my 30th week of pregnancy, and was NOT looking forward to this visit. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff and my information was taken. Within 5 minutes of my appointment time, I was having my first of 4 blood draws done by George. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. George took the time to explain to me what to expect and when. I very much appreciated this. Over the coarse of the next three hours, George made sure to check on me to make sure I was feeling alright. While waiting in the lobby for the next 3 hours, I was able to witness the staff at this location treat every single person that walked in the door with the same professionalism and respect in which they treated me. I have notoriously difficult veins, and they were able to get the blood draw the first time. Every single time. I was very impressed with the staff at this location, especially George. I hope that they

Make an appointment online, and they will call you at the appointment time ahead of all the other walk-ins waiting (and there is often a crowded waiting room). The parking lot is small, so parking is scarce when the place is hopping, but there are two very large handicap parking spaces right at Quests door. Maria ROCKED my blood draw. Really, it was PERFECT and as painless as it gets! The bathroom was a bit gross, with no hand soap or toweling inside; the soap and towels are outside, weird... and gross.

They cater to people getting drug screened. If coming for testing it should be only if forced to get a job. I came here to get a standard screening, I didnt feel like dealing with my general doctor. They do first come first served because they assume people are there drug screening. Doesnt matter if your insurance covers it. Youd think you were in a welfare office or the DMV from the way the place runs.

I made a 745am appt three week in advance, I got to the location at 720 (they open at 730) there were 6 people in line(i was the only appt) so they took three walks in at 735 and right At 745, i was called with one person who got there ahead me and I was put in 4 minutes. Very nice location!

This place sucks! Everyone there is so rude! I literally called a week in a row and not once did they answer. So i did a walk in waited over an hour. Walked up to the counter to ask for a reschedule, instead of asking "how can i help you?" The girl said "What do you want?" Worst place ever

i love quest because they are very quick fast and accurate. i took my daughters there to get blood work done and they dont make you stand and wait forever. they get straight to the point and do what they have to to get you out and about.

The staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. As someone who HATES getting any form of labwork, these people are amazing and make the process suck less! Wait time for a walk-up on a Friday morning was great too (20-30 minutes).

Masters of their craft! Never felt the needle go in and I was watching! Make apt online for sure others felt salty watching me come in and out while they waited..11am apt out by 11:07.
