I went in on August 4th and arrived at 9:40am and waited extremely long. When I thought I had waited perhaps too long I glanced at my phone to see what time was is and noticed it was 10:58am and found myself still waiting. Incredible...how can this be normal level of service? No one was at the front desk to confirm there was over 11 people waiting. I witness over four people simply walking out disappointed in the level of service. I imagined perhaps someone called in sick? Or computers were down? Other patients/clients were waiting patiently and annoyed with level of service. The personal today on August 4th was HORRIBLE I would think twice about heading down to Quest Lab at 3000 N Halsted. Save your time and go elsewhere. No common courtesy and communication to state why was the wait was taken so long.

They never answer the phone - I just wanted to ask a quick question about my lab work on file. I went there to ask about where/how they keep my records and the staff was very rude saying it was "not their problem." Right from the start I was greeted with a lot of attitude and they didnt want to answer any of my questions. It wasnt busy when I stopped by as there was only 1 person waiting. Very disappointing.

Great place! Small glitch and Tempest (lab tech) took care of it immediately! She was so friendly and gave me great guidance throughout the breath test. The other gals peeked in and were just as friendly too! Now I hope my test results indicate that Im healthy again. Thank you Tempest you are amazing!

The staff here is amazing! Ive been twice, and both times I was treated with such kindness and excellent care. Id give 5 stars for the staff and care, but the waiting room and bathroom are not well kept.

They lost my test results, and their restroom didnt have soap or paper towels. Im never going back to that location, and I would recommend that others do likewise.
