Customer service is terrible. The staff is rude. I have no choice but to go to Quest cuz thats the lab my insurance requires I go to. One time I went there and signed in but I had to leave because of an emergency. She pushed and pushed for me to set an appointment before I left. I told her no I cant make an appointment I cant promise if Ill be back tomorrow. Finally out of frustration I made an appointment. As I had informed her I did not make it. I did however show up the following day. There were approximately 5 people when I initially walked in. During my wait three other people walked in after me and all eight got called in before I got called to get my lab work done. Her explanation was they had appointments. I looked on the sign in sheet and only two that were ahead of me had appointments. She had falsified the time in which I was called because I was called last. The only reason why she called me was because there was nobody else in the waiting room. And to make matters worse when I went to my doctors appointment the following month the labs were yet to be received. And again they falsefied the time in which they faxed the labs to my doctor. My Drs nurse told me they were teaching me a lesson for not showing up to my appointment. Dont they know that if it werent for us patients they wouldnt have a job? They should treat us with respect since we are the ones that makes sure they have a job and without us they wouldnt get a paycheck.

Straight forward specimen collection. I loved that Fox News was playing in the lobby and not MSNBC or CNN.
