Over hour wait with few patients there. Came in because my cough was so bad that it was nonstop, keeping me up, and made throats and chest so sore I was in tears. He gave me tamiflu that may not work because it was more than 48 hours since on set. He did not look in ears or throat. And said that I was not coughing much now. I told him it is the reason I came in, 24 hours a day. He said take over the counter medicine for cough as not coughing much now. Male doctor D Woods. I would recommend avoiding Deerfield Northwestern Immediate Care.

I go there one a month for a b12 shot, and rarely do they run on time. I have had to wait for about 25 minutes on several occasions for a shot that takes less than a minute. I used to go the glenview office, which is much more organized, but the location of the deerfield office is so much better.

I went there on a Saturday and was taken immediately. All the staff members were very courteous. My condition was diagnosed quickly and treatment was applied. I was given different options for medication and chose the one that was best for me. I would highly recommend this facility.

Doctor was very kind. But nurses and staff extremely lazy, rude, and unfriendly. Wait was ridiculous and there were barely any patients.
