Not even deserving of 1 star. The most poorly operated facility I have ever encountered. The receptionist was replaced by an electronic tablet. After having conversations with the fellow, waiting clients, I learned that countless others had been waiting for greater than 30 minutes without seeing the first person, or being assisted in any way. Being a healthcare provider I appreciate components of teleheatlh, but replacing the assisting office staff is nor will ever be an effective position for such technology. Upon realizing the status of the people within the waiting room, I contacted the Quest Corporation, only to discover that corporate office was unable to successfully make contact with its employees as well. Truly awful experience.

It was terrible. Went a total of 3 times before I decided to go to the Gregory location. I will (if I can help it) NEVER go back to the Bayou office. They are understaffed so you can expect to wait hours upon hours. Only after waiting those hours and hours will they tell you, "Oh were not doing that test at this time of day". It almost seemed made up (I know it wasnt) but no Matter what time I went they were not performing my test at that time. The tone that was used to deliver this news was as if she hated her job so much that she enjoyed watching my misery as she turned me away three times. I Strongly recommend the more quaint and helpful Gregory street location.

The Bayou Blvd facility was poorly run. It took the two women behind the check-in counter 30 minutes to just check my husband in for his lab work. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for him to be called back for the phlebotomy procedure, despite no other people waiting in the waiting room. As it turns out, they did not even run the test that the our doctor ordered in the first place and when our doctors nurse contacted them, they had no excuse whatsoever. When my husband called to complain, the facility offered to have a manager contact him regarding their negligence, which has not happened yet and this visit occurred several months ago.

The staff here is very friendly! I came for my original pregnancy blood work months ago (didnt make an appt), the person that assisted me recommended I make an appointment when I returned for my glucose tolerance test. That was such a wonderful recommendation! I showed up this morning 10 minutes before my appointment to discover my drs office messed up and didnt send my lab request. The workers understood that I had been fasting and needed to eat soon, so they took me back anyways knowing the paperwork would come before I was done. This office is so wonderful, anyone saying less is just grumpy and angry at their medical provider or insurance.

I usually dont write online reviews, but my experiences here have been bad enough that I feel its necessary. Each time Ive used this office, Ive waited at least two hours past my appointment time. The last time I visited, the person drawing my blood jabbed my arm so hard and drew so crookedly that I later developed some bruising. I have large, sturdy veins, so I should have been an easy patient. The only reason Im giving them two stars instead of one is that the staff is friendly despite being obviously overworked and, in at least one case, inexperienced.

I am trying not to let one apple spoil the facility. Customer Service Training is needed for the young short fast talking BlackWoman suppose to be the team leader at the front counter. They need to disinfect the facility because it Smells horrible. I took my teenager into the facility for testing checking for thyroid disease. The Black Woman that did the blood work was Awesome. One spoiled rude apple at the front counter can reflect poorly on the business.

Ive been to the Bayou location on two or three occasions and found the staff to be either very rude or just plan unfriendly. They are especially unfriendly if you come too close to closing time. And I dont mean 5 minutes before the doors close. I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing on one occasion and still was greeted by an unfriendly face. My husband says the staff at the downtown branch are much friendlier and accommodating.

One visit there and I am done!!! the office was dirty and smelling really bad, the waiting room...disgusting, people have to get really close to each other, no comment!!! The receptionist, wow....very RUDE and not professional, but the nurse was really nice and great to me!!! Anyway, when you step in the room where they get the blood, so dirty, messy, and again, smelly!!! That wasnt a place to go!!!!

I found this place great. The other reviews seem quite negative. I wanted to put a positive spin on it. The staff was wonderful and helped me thoroughly for getting some tests done. I appreciate the care and attention I saw with other patients and with me especially. I found the staff friendly and very accommodating. Thank you so much Quest! =D

The woman who checked me in was very rude and not welcoming at all. She seemed as though she hated her job and every person that walked in. The woman who drew my blood was nice and continued to ask if I was okay throughout the process. I probably would not go back to this Quest after the way I was treated upon arrival.

Daughter has Cystic Fibrosis, went in for chest x/r, tons of blood work (fasting for 24 hours)...QUEST LOST HER RESULTS! How is this possible? She is sick enough, now has to go through this again. LEXI is right, FILTHY PLACE, I felt like I needed a power washing after we left this place. QUEST...NOT!

Sheila @ Check-in is dramatic, at best. We heard her tell us and 7 other people that came in after us "today is not a good day, there is a LONG wait." She was not professional in any shape/form and not someone Id want to represent my company. If you have to use Quest, go to the one on Gregory St.

I didnt like anything about the place. They seem understaffed which is no fault of the staff. They where decent folks however we made an appointment for my wife went there and they didnt have the proper supplies to do all her tests. Will never go back and recomended you run run run from this place.

My wife and I came in for a 3 hour glucose test. We had an appointment so we were seen right away. The facilities are very clean. All staff was friendlybabd courteous. We sat there for 3 hours & observed nothing but wonderful customer service. Tabora and Roxy are awesome!!!

Walked in and stood at the window. The woman first ignored me and then rudely asked me if I had a question. I told her I was there for a pre-employment screen, and rudely told me to sign my name. How was I supposed to know? Go somewhere else, if possible.

Great employees and despite of being packed of people I see how the employees are working as fast as possible and when dealing with needles you have to be careful thank you Quest will be back....
