I was misdiagnosed before (Dr. Pham gave me epilepsy medication for my sinus headache as well as a weak antibiotic) this time around I was told they could not help me with my sinus and tooth pain... The staff was rude and short with me. The front desk mentioned they "remembered me" which only made me feel more uncomfortable and less at ease. Once they sent me out of the office telling me I only had the ER as a solution, the office called back and told me to come back in only to be once again seen by Dr.Pham, I felt patronized and talked down to. There is only one doctor on staff that was patient out of the months I have been ill. I believe Ive been over prescribed anti biotics a now Im really suffering for it. This is terrible.

I have been blessed to not only work with some of the best physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, etc.), clinical staff, administrative staff, etc., but to also be a patient here. The physicians who treat me, Drs. Vigo, Aubert, Riggenbach, Chaney, and Friedman are top notch. I have been in the health care field for many years and have received better care at White-Wilson than anywhere else. I trust our Radiologist implicitly, and completely trust the opinion of many, many other WWMC physicians that I didnt mention by name. Excellent physicians, excellent Imaging and laboratory departments, wonderful staff - great place to work!

Snowbirds visiting in FWB, I am a registered nurse w/ spouse who developed acute episode of gout, seen here in Immediate Care. Very happy with care provided @ clinic & esp by Dr. Chinh Van. We found him to be very knowledgeable, professional & thorough - listened well, asked pertinent questions & responsive to our concerns / questions, & prescribed treatment w/near immediate resolution. Only concern is that we needed to call the clinic back (following day) to obtain lab results (which were OK, but needed b/4 starting one of the meds). Would not hesitate to be seen here again or recommend to others in need medical care while visiting here.

This place is absolutely terrible. My mother and sister were both new patients and paid 107 each for their visit. They went in to a check up and to get some blood work done. They left without the doctor setting a day for them to get the lab work done or giving them any information on what to do. I went in a day later and they told me to pay 166 for my visit because Im a new patient. Once my dad brought their attention to the fact that my mother and sister only paid 107 each for their visit, he was told that he is responsible for THEIR mistakes and he has to pay the difference from my mom and sisters appointment.

Severely disappointed with the service, both medically and administratively. Ive been there three times and still havent seen the doctor, whom is my "primary" care provider. When my annual Rxs were due for new refills, all of them required a doctors permission for refills. On top of that they forgot to send all of my Rxs to the pharmacy. In trying to fix these issues I have called them twice and its still not fixed. If you want personal care and service Id recommend going somewhere else.

To: DR FREDERICK WEISS. God Bless You. My wife has had severe back pain for quite some time, and knee pain for a lesser time period. She had previously received some relief from previous pain management doctors, but nothing like the relief received from Dr. Weiss. She is now pain free in both back and knee areas. He is a caring and experienced doctor and is highly recommended. It is a blessing to see her doing things that had been painful to her. Her quality of life is very high now.

I have been going to White-Wilson for many years and have had excellent care. I was seeing Dr. Erica-George Saintilus and she was awesome. As of 5/30/16, Dr. Saintilus has moved on to do hospital work and will be greatly missed. I wish her the very best in her future endeavors and hope to see her again in the future. In the meantime. Im sure I will be assigned another good doctor, as White-wilson appears to hire the best. I highly recommend this medical center.

This has to be the worst place in the south. I had a friend get realy sick I mean like TB and when they came back from Mayo Clinic. They was told they would not be able to see them again. Gave no reason or why this happen to them. I think this place should remember why they are even here. If you cant take care of the sick nor tell them the real reason to why you cant take care of close it up!

The staff is friendly and the wait time is no longer than anticipated. However, not only have I heard terrible things about this E.R. misdiagnosing patients, I have experienced it myself! I would never recommend this hospitals E.R. to anyone, not even if I hated them.

Ive been through several physical therapies here when I had sports injuries. The doctors and staff are very professional. I dont wish myself any kind of medical problems in the near future, but Im very happy with the results and care I received from this place.

White Wilson has the worst office staff, they cancel appointments without informing me, never fax paperwork like asked of, always confused, always send the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I love my daughters doctor but the office staff is so frustrating!

You guys really dont like to answer your phones. Ive been on hold before waiting for someone to pick up for over an hour. I hung up after 10 minutes on hold and would call wait again. I am NOW on hold waiting to be answered AGAIN.

I went there today and the receptionist was very kind the nurse he was very efficient and kind and the Dr was very fast and could tell was wrong right away I literally was in and out in thirty minutes! Thanks guys! Love Sarah
