SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! My wife was having major withdrawals from xanax which she has been on for 2 years and has been tapering herself off slowly, making a 30 day supply last 37 - 40 days instead. No other doctor office would agree to give her anything even though its extremely dangerous to just come off of it without slowly tapering off. She called this office and the nurse asked a doctor and he agreed to give her a 2 week supply and told her it would cost $138 for the visit. 2 different people said it would cost $138 unless other tests or a physical was needed. She agreed to pay that much only because she HAD to have it or risk seizures and death. She got there, the doctor came and and spoke with her for 5 minutes, left the room and came back about 30-40 minutes later and gave her a prescription that would only last a week. She then went to pay the other $38 she owed before she left and the scam artist Doctor JOHN SMALL, decided he did such a thorough examination (the 5 minute talk) that he deserved $180 instead. My wife told them we could not afford to pay the extra money for literally nothing and they did not have permission to run her card for that much and they charged it anyway. He spoke to her for FIVE MINUTES and gave her half the amount of pills he was supposed to so on top of paying them all that extra money, we now have to pay another doctor next week. We will be disputing the charges with our bank. She was doing good cutting her dose down and her anxiety level was way down but now that they charged us all that extra money and now shes back to taking her normal dose because shes so stressed about money with our daughters birthday next week, Christmas coming up and then our sons birthday a few days later. She told the doctor Im getting laid off next week and we couldnt afford to pay all that extra money and he did not care. Even the receptionist was confused about why he was charging so much extra when he only saw her for 5 minutes and wasnt there to diagnose her with anything, just refill her pills. Extremely disappointed that a doctor would rip someone off like that. My wife even offered to give the prescription back and told them shed risk the seizures before paying almost $200 for 5 minutes of a doctors time because we couldnt afford to pay the extra money with of all of our bills and birthdays and Christmas.

I am very disappointed with my visit. I went in complaining of kidney pain, but the second I mentioned I was under chiropractic care, I was no longer listened to. Instead of being concerned for my condition, the woman seeing me insisted that my pain came from the chiropractor. She still did a couple of tests to make sure I didnt have a kidney infection, but dismissed me with only a prescription for a muscle relaxer. I left the office in tears, knowing there was truly something wrong with my body and that I did not have a pulled muscle. When I went to see someone else, they immediately tested not only my kidney, but my adrenals and gallbladder, as they said the pain is normally felt in the same place. Turns out, it was my gallbladder. So thanks for nothing except taking my money and making me feel like an incompetent child, Urgentcare. I would complain about the woman who saw me specifically, except she was rude from the time she walked in the door, and never even told me her name.

I have to say the nurses are the ones making me write a bad review. I went there on 09/29/13 the nurses were not friendly at all, the worse part was when one of them took sample from my throat to rule out strep, she actually hurt my thoat, when I complained about it she gave me this sarcastic "sorry" accompanied with a weird look on her face like she wasnt really sorry, I guess this happened to me because I went to their desk asking if the doctor would forget about since I was waiting for a long time in one of the rooms, their answer was not nice at that point. Nurses you suppose to be kind and love your job to make patients feel better, if you dont like what you do please quit, maybe nursing is not your call.

I wish there was an option for zero star ratings. I had a bad stomach virus and just wanted some phenergen to help with the nausea but despite only having one patient in front of me I waited for hours. The doctors and nurses here just put you in a room and forget about you. I had to come out and remind them that I was still waiting. I think the five star review is bullshit, probably one of the doctors. I recommend Quik-Care. Nurse Practitioners can only treat more basic problems but are soooooo much faster than urgent care.

My girlfriend and I have been there 2 times for her eat pain and yet it still is killing her the first doctor at look at her just gave her antibiotics pills yea that did nothing. Then we when back in two days. And seen another doctor and got ear drops yea thats not working eather. I told the doctor that they needed to clean out her ear but they said come back in 5 day. So its been 2 more day and yet she is still in a lot of pain. Now I think we are doing to go to green view. Maybe they will listen to us

Do NOT go here. I recommend going anywhere BUT here. They WILL rip you off and lie about how much they charge, they tell you one price and when you go to pay, they jack the price way up. The short blonde nurse is extremely rude and spent most of her time glaring at me while I was in the office. Everyone else was nice but she had an extremely bad attitude and John Small will WAY overcharge you. Hes a poor excuse for a doctor.

Literally just came here with an emergency because it states on google that you were open till 8. Somehow the times needs to change on here because my boyfriends insurance wont cover the emergency room and now he will be in severe pain all night, all because we were 6 minutes late because it still states that you close at 8pm. Would have thought that would change with the hours change being from 2016!!!

TERRIBLE staff. Rude people. We were waiting for 2 hours in the room (not the waiting room) and no one ever came in, even after we said something. We had to leave because no one would see us. The staff even said they werent busy, so there was literally no excuse whatsoever. Thanks for wasting our time. The 1-star rating is an exaggeration.

Dont waste your time. They cant treat anything. Even asked when we came if they could help they asked doctor and they said yes. Spent 3 minutes with doctor and was told they cant help. You sure didnt mind taking my money though!!! Stay away!!! Run!! This was my third time there disappointing every time. Will never make that mistake again.

The staff is friendly but nobody knows what they are doing. I called ahead to see if they could treat my problem and the nurse said they could so I spent 2.5 hours waiting to be seen. The Dr. had no clue how to treat my problem and prescribed a useless antibiotic. I left frustrated and crying wishing for my $20 and my entire morning back.
