I am totally happy with my experience with Insight Eye Care Center in New Salisbury, Indiana. I havent had an eye exam in a few years and was in dire need of a new set of glasses. While home over the holidays I was able to get an appointment at the above names location. My husband has been to see Dr. Masden and really liked everyone there so I thought I would try them. I agree whole heartedly with my husband for all the following reasons; staff are very friendly and helpful, show room has a great selection of frames to choose from. Costs were very reasonable. Appointment didnt keep me waiting. Free photo of the inside of your eyes,,, who does that for free on your initial visit... All the staff and the Dr. we very friendly, informative and kept things simple so I could understand and make good decisions that I could afford. I will be going back for all my vision needs from this point forward and I hope this review helps to let more folks in our area know to use this vision center.... they will not be disappointed. They have always followed up on any problem Ive had and, for that reason, I have my eyes examined every year. I appreciate the available of the eye mapping that they can do because I want to discover any potential problems at an early stage.

I used a prescription from elsewhere and came here for my glasses. Moderately good selection of eyeglasses. The sales associates were very helpful and attentive. Really good return policy that let me try out glasses for 90 day and return to get different lenses for no extra charge.
