All I did was try to become a new patient, they gave me the run around. They were never there to answer phones, they told me that I needed a referal for my insurance, which was not true, then on the day of my appoitment they told me that I needed a referal for the licensure of the therapist i was set to see. I was unable to get the referal with such short notice.

Office is always peaceful and Suzanne is an amazing person. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and has taught me so much. Ive learned how to handle the stressful situations life seems to throw. I would tell anyone alive that therapy can help at some point in your life. Dont think its just for people who are sick. Everyone needs an unbiased outlet.
