As the previous reviewer said, BEWARE. This place advertises itself as the largest mental healthcare provider in Indiana. They do have quite a few doctors and they are good. However, outside of the doctors office you will get no help, support, or even basic services. They dont allow you to set up standing appointments, even if you come in every week. You can only schedule a rolling 5 week schedule. So you have to reschedule a new appointment every time you come in if you have any hope of keeping your normal time, and even then you often cant get the same time. If you miss a week of scheduling, quite often youll be unable to get a slot the next time you come in. Ive been in there and seen only one window open for checking in, checking out, scheduling appointments, and processing new patients. So if you dont arrive very early, you run the risk of being late for your appointment because you are unable to check in. They wont communicate with pharmacies in any way. When you need a refill, you have to go into the office and get a paper prescription and take (or mail) it to the pharmacy. If you try and have your pharmacy contact them to set up a refill they will either ignore or decline the request. Ive had 2 different pharmacies cancel my prescriptions because they couldnt get any response. If you have the mistfortune to need to call them about a prescription, good luck. They dont answer the phone, you have to leave a message and they only process those messages for approximately 3-4 hours every day. They also warn you to not leave duplicate messages or they will ignore both messages. Ive seen it take over a week to get a response about a prescription refill. And that only after I sent them a complaint letter. Also after that pharmacy prescription has failed to refill and the pharmacy had cancelled your prescription and youve waited for a week for someone from IHG to call you to say that you need to come in and get a new paper prescription from your provider, they will tell you that as a service they will send a 30 day emergency refill to the pharmacy. Theyll also charge you $20 for that service. Go elsewhere. Youll get better support from a single doctor office who pays their teenage daughter to answer the phones.

Two stars may be harsh considering my doctors were both great, but the staff here is horrendous. Theyre all women so youd expect generally compassionate and helpful receptionists yet that couldnt be further from the truth. Theyre ornery and unprofessional (visible tattoos, low cuts, apathetic expressions, etc...), similar in demeanor to difficult BMV personnel. They switched my doctors when my first one left the practice and tried to charge me a boatload as a first time patient since Id have to meet a new one. When I explained I wouldnt pay for it since it wasnt my fault, the office manager told me I could go look for my former doctor then, as in she literally told me to take my business elsewhere. They dont let the doctors know youre in the waiting room, so they waste both of your time. They always put you on hold and never return your calls. They do not treat all patients equally, evident from the interactions at the check in/out windows. Scheduling appointments is dreadful because theyre always overbooked. Their behavior may be indicative of IHG business practices, but again both my doctors were great. Still, after my last unpleasant visit, Ive finally had enough and am seeking medication management elsewhere, as per the astute advice of the office supervisor/manager.

I was referred here and they recomended a slew of tests that cost me more money that I have. My insurance paid for part of this but they never did disclose how much I would be responsible for before I underwent tests. If I had known, I never would have gone through with the tests because they amounted to telling me nothing. Now I am stuck with a bill of about $1000. I went in for a follow up and the receptionists were doing their hair with very low cut blouses on, tatoos showing, very unprofessional. they sent me to the 2nd floor to wait. I waited for 45 minutes and went back down because I was never called. They sent me back up and I was told they never told the therapist I was waiting and there for my appointment. This after waiting 3 months for an appointment. Now I cant get back in to see anyone because I have this bill due. They are not so much into caring for people as they are interested in collecting money and providing services that are exorbitant in costs yet not effective in helping people. I would chose another office. Ive given them a few chances and after all of this, Im done with this office.

Have been going to Dr Chris Bojrab for a long time. His office is one of the best run medical offices I have seen. Never had any issues getting prescriptions refilled. But as with any MDs office you have to follow through with scheduled appointments to get prescriptions refilled... usually done right then by computer. On occasion a script will get off timed/time out and they will refill if you call or email them. They just dont refill prescription requests from the pharmacy alone as per their posted policy. But they will act on a pharmacy faxed pre-authorization forms. I mention all of this prescription information due to the negative reviews. Never had a problem with billing either - and I have had to postpone payments in the past. And I have never had an RN or MD not call me back if I have a problem/issue. The billing department and the RN/MD/Therapists are different departments then billing. As long as you go to scheduled appointments they will refill prescriptions. Maybe these people are trying to get controlled substances refilled way too soon or something.

Tried to pay one of their bills online using their website, a service they advertise right on the invoice. I filled it out to pay my $40 and submitted the payment, but received no e-mail confirmation or receipt. A week later, my flex spend sends me a notice asking why I charged over $1100 at IHG. To their credit, they did refund the amount, but combine this with the myriad of other issues that I have experienced with the administrative staff (zero communication, draconian rules, failure to fulfill prescription requests, inability to schedule recurring appointments, etc), I cannot recommend IHG as a health provider, despite the quality of their doctors. Dealing with the administration has been a constant source of stress and frustration. For a mental health provider, I feel the level of service the administration provides does more to hurt their patients than their doctors help.

Dr. Andrew Brothers, Dr. Chris Bojrab and Dr. Stephanie Ridel all helped me to slowly but surely recover from my illness with therapy, medications and testing. Dr. Brothers is one of my best friends and an amazing psychologist, and has saved my life multiple times by helping me to see the bigger picture. Dr. Bojrab is incredibily caring, humorous, and really worked with me to treat me with the best combination of medications I have ever been on. Dr. Ridel is also genuinely caring, attentive to concerns, and pinpointed the issues I was having, which gave me the courage and confidence to overcome them. I cannot say how other doctors there are, but I have had nothing but an overwhelming positive experience with them, as well as the staff who have been only polite, caring, and quick to resolve any issues.
