Miranda and Lisa, I am so sorry you had a bad experience. We respect and care for our clients and strive to be the best in our field. Please note we have had some employee changes over the past few months. My sister comes to this office. She started going after she was put in the hospital. We saw 2 different doctors here, I come with her. Dr. Lucas was ok. Dr. Schatner doesnt want to spend any time with anyone. The worse thing is the secretary out front. Hes not very nice and he always has chewing tobacco in and a spit cup sitting beside him. Theres a girl secretary sometimes and shes nice.

The physician is wonderful! Dr williams is very personable and friendly and genuinely caring. Unfortunately her staff nurse is horrible. Very rude. If u have any problems and need to speak with anyone about medicines or reactions or issues, this wont happen there. Front desk staff is friendly.I would try elsewhere before going there.
