I have worked in a Dr. office for 14 years. I understand scheduling is a constant juggle. But this office is bordering on incompetent. We went there 3 times after being referred by our family Dr. All 3 times we had to wait far beyond our appointment time, and the second visit they tried to tell my husband he did not even have an appointment. Luckily I had the appt. card. The last visit on Tues. was the worst. We had a 2 pm appointment and my husband took a vacation day from work. 45 min later we were finally seen after my husband asked several times. It was not only us of course. The waiting room was full of people checking their watches and nervously asking how long we were waiting and what time was our appointment and asking staff when they would be seen. The worst part is that the staff and Dr. have an attitude of "Oh well, we are a specialist office and you have to wait". It is never a good reflection on a Dr. skills when the staff is disorganized and impolite.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Very polite and professional from start to finish. The atmosphere gives you the feeling like being home for the holidays or like a visit to grandmas. Willing to work with financial strains, as I current have no insurance and it was affordable to get a pair of glasses. Even the quality of the glasses were beyond expectations that you would not get from any other office. Taking pride in your profession truly shows in the staff and craftsmanship in there servics/products.

Ahmir I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I am grateful I never have. I have a genetic eye condition that lead to a corneal transplant. God bless Dr. Price and her staff. Dr. Price came in on her days off early Sunday am to remove a stitch here and there over 10 years. She has an expert lens fitter Dr. Waters they are a blessing I can finally see 20/20.. They are worth the wait or maybe you lack patience but you get what you pay for..
