I am responding to the review from Janet D. ----Good news!! Janet decided to restart her order and not take the $31 refund cost on her frames and lenses. We had offered over night shipping at no charge to Cleveland to get her glasses to her fast and greatly apologized for the error which rarely happens. Janet was very kind to accept and give us a second chance at making her glasses. I wish we could be perfect in every order but we try go out of our way to resolve patient problems.
