I have been here 4 times total. Every time im there the staff is incredibly rude. I figured that once in a while someone has a bad day and is rude but 4/4 times? In addition the incompetence of the staff truly amazes me. Never once have they gotten my order correct. All I can say is that I will never be back and have discouraged several co-workers from making the same mistake as I did by going there.

Choose a different place to get your glasses! The prescription glasses I ordered were incorrect. The staff lies and the management is extremely rude. I am out over $800 because of them. I wish I would have checked on this business before I went to them.

Ive been going here for about 4 years now. Ive always found the staff helpful and courteous, even going out of their way to help me find frames that fit my budget. They have always gotten my prescription right the first time. I would recommend them.
