Awful! I called to make an appointment for a small issue that just needed lab work and the nurse scheduled me for 3:15pm, I arrived in the parking lot and got a call from her stating Dr Walsh or the NP decided they dont want to see me because I am pregnant! The issue was not pregnancy related. The nurse was super rude and told me to go to the ER! I ended up going to an urgent care and had 10 times better service there!! I work in the medical field and this was completely unacceptable!

The front desk and PAs here are consistently rude and unhelpful. Weve never seen any of the doctors so I cant speak to that, but the other staff treat us with complete contempt and disregard for our needs. They make us get an appointment for any small thing, including to get a prescription refilled. If youre a woman, I dont recommend you use Saint Thomas for any reproductive health needs.

I had an appointment with Dr Walsh for myself and got good care...he seems like a great doctor and took time to talk to me. I also took my son as a walk in and the wait was minimal. The NP was so sweet. Good experience both times.

Have had 3 visits and all 3 have been excellent. Didnt wait long to see someone and Checking in was easy. I was pleased with the care that I received.
