In my opinion this place is Bait and Switch. I was told my sons office visit was going to cost $100. I provided a detailed description of his symptoms. He obviously had a throat infection, fever and cough. I paid the $100 before seeing the doctor. Now I got a bill for another $142 dollars. They charged 2 x $35 for flu tests, $24 for a Strepp test and $48 for a Mefoxin shot. Now they want $142 more on top of the $100 I already paid. At no time was I asked if it was okay to administer these tests or told what they would cost. When I asked for his test results the Doctor says "The results were negative, but based on his tonsil infection and fever he needs the antibiotics I prescribed him." If he was going to get the antibiotic shot and antibiotic prescription regardless of the test results then why bother with $94 dollars in tests that ended up negative? In my opinion the "tests" are purely to increase their profit and were not necessary. I will never go to this Urgent Care ever again. Shame on you Chilton Urgent Care.

I will never go to this Urgent Care again! Was seen for a sinus infection. After taking the prescribed antibiotics I still had the infection. I called back to have them call a different antibiotic in and they wouldnt. They said just take mucinex. I did that for a week with no success. Called them back today and they said the doctor will have to see me again! Another co-payment, I dont think so! Theyre also not very good at answering the phone. When they do answer theyll take a message and never call you back!

Went there on a Sunday with my 4 year old nonverbal autistic child because he hurt his foot. We were there for 2 hours (with us being the only one there). They took x-rays of his foot then told me that they didnt see anything but in fact after my childs Doctor read the x-rays he did have a fracture. Will not be taking him back.

Nice people that work there, only downside is the wait times. If you truly have an urgent issue go to the emergency room, because this place is set up more like a Doctors office. You will usually be waiting an hour or more.
