These people are AWFUL!!! Attempted to just get my bp prescriptions refilled & got a total runaround aftee going to 2 locations. Was told I would be checked and be seen if I walked in . It would taken all of 5 minutes .After quietly waiting , was told to come back the next morning . I had a stroke in April and I will again if I dont get my meds. They do not care and you can expect very poor health care.I will NOT be back!!!

Horrible customer service. My girlfriend saw the doctor on January 28th and is still waiting on a referral. She has finally decided to call administration due to being blown off by office staff. My advice is to stay away from this health center

Absolutely love the Smyrna location!! They are awesome Doctor O is amazing! The best OBGYN! I do not like the phone lines they share with Nashville! & Nashville is terrible at not connecting or delivering messages!

Terrible customer service. Unnecessary attitudes from the office receptionist and emergency call center. Words of advice: if you dont like your job, change your profession! Its thats simple

They are great as far as working with you on your payment and you can get an appt. usually at an appropriate time. Waiting is a little longer then expected.
