I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to money issues.I found out that my employer was able to pay for 3 sessions. It just so happens that on the third appointment, my daughter got sick. My case worker told me that my appointment was at 8:15. Keep in mind that I have to set all of this up through someone hundreds of miles away due to my employment. I called at 8. Finally having it all worked out, I told them that I might be 5 to 10 min late. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She told me that there was nothing she could do since I had rescheduled "several" times before. I reiterated that I could come now and only be 5 to 10 min late but she fell silent. I pleaded,"isnt there anything I could do?". Still, there was only silence. I wanted to say something about her attitude but calmly said goodbye. I still cant understand why she treated me in such a way being that she was the counselor I was to have my session with and that I had been 15 to 20 min early each appointment prior...

They never billed my insurance until we had received services for over 6 months then she told me I owed over $1,000. I thought the insurance was taken care of it since I had no copay. BE VERY aware! NOT ETHICAL!
