They charged me 30 bucks for a no show, which I showed up for. They also charged my insurance for the same day I supposedly no showed . When I asked the receptionist she said "WE dont do billing" ?? She is the same one that collected my no show money and gave me a receipt that showed only what I paid. I thought it was for previous office visits but 2 weeks later I get the bill showing the no show charge !!?? And on my way out the clerk lied to me about not meeting my deductible and asked for 68 bucks !! I THOUGHT THEY DIDNT DO BILLING ???!!!!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS PLAIN AND SIMPLE. This is at the croosroads Goodlettsville location but they all do the same practice. Dont expect any answers or refunds when they overbill you.

I went in at 6:15 with an obvious case of Strep Throat. I had never been seen by this clinic before so I had to fill out a few short forms then it took 2 minutes for a nurse to call me back once I handed the forms in. They were all super nice and friendly and it wasnt nerve wracking like a normal doctor visit. One look at my throat and the doctor gave me a strep test and then a popsicle to try to sooth my throat. The doctor was amazingly sweet and it felt like she cared about me instead of just another patient. After 2 days the clinic called to check how I was feeling and told me to come in if I didnt get any better. I will definitely be going back from now on.

Went in for a physical over a year ago. Did not get to see a doctor because they had BSN nurses on staff. After going thru the rigamaroe and getting out of there, the front desk wanted to schedule another apt. I told them that wouldnt be necessary because I wouldnt be back. The lady at the desk said I had to make an apt because I had come back. I am pretty sure I havent been back and it has been about a year and a half. Moving on, not looking back. My advice is to find another place to go.

This place is awful they messed up my DOT medical card & I have been trying for a month to get it resolved. Told me a month a go a new one would be mailed to me. Called today to find out that never happened. Said they would call me back that never happened either. Asked to speak to the office manager "Donna" that never happened. Left a message she still hasnt called. What ever you do avoid this place. You cannot trust them

Saw Dr Crowley yesterday, truly a caring dr. There getting hard to find. Will definitely be returning everybody there was caring and great.
