AMAZING STAFF; CAME IN AROUND 2:00 P.M. AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY FRIENDLY; MY HUSBAND HAD GOTTEN INJURED AT HIS JOB AND HAD 1ST AND 2ND DEGREE BURNS..THE NURSE THAT ATTENDED MY HUSBAND WAS EXCELLENT SHE HELPED MY HUSBAND CLEAN HIS WOUND AND BANDAGED HIM UP AND THE DOCTOR WAS VERY COMMUNICATIVE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO DETAIL AND WAS ABLE TO RUPTURE THE BLISTERS FROM THE BURN AND REFERRED HIM OUT TO THE WOUND SPECIALIST AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT ASAP....THE FEE FOR SERVICES WAS REASONABLE..I DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK FOR ANY SERVICES THAT I NEED IN THE NEAR FUTURE..THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP...5 STARS

I went to the US Healthworks in Smyrna TN for a possible spiderbite. I told them over and over again I was pregnant. The doctor said she checked into the medicine. But 7 days later when I was in the ER for other reasons, the doctor was mortified that I was on that medicine because it had known long term side effects if taken during pregnancy. Also got a big bill from this place, waited for forever, the doc even prescribed the wrong number of pills for how many I was supposed to take. Never go here!!! Obviously someone needs to go back to school or not be a doctor.

This visit deserves zero stars; minus 5 stars!Unfortunately no other way to comment except to choose a star. My son waited to see the doctor for 2.5 hours. There were not many people there, so I cant imagine what the hell takes so long. I think Dr. Nevels is a good doctor, but the wait is unacceptable. I will be looking for another walk in facility in the future. If you only want to service work injuries, drug tests etc, let the public know. The wait has gotten worse and worse. Very poor service!

I agree with previous reviews in a negative light. This facility should get negative 5 stars. I cant imagine working for a place like this, they have to be the slowest or most incompetent staff Ive ever seen. Literally one person a head of us. The time it takes to get to see the Doctor was 2 hours. Then another hour waiting in the room they put us in. RIDICULOUS. I will Never come here again. Dr. Nevilles is

I received wonderful care here! All of my questions were answered and everyone was very nice and caring. The staff are so compassionate and really made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Dr. Nevels is the best! He took excellent care of me. I wish he could be my primary doc. I will definitely return with any healthcare needs and I highly recommend this group for care.

The wait to get in to see the dr is forever, and people who come in after u go in before you. They say it all depends on the type of service needed, not sign-in order. Well Im sorry but I tend to get pretty upset when Ive sat there for a long time and the ones coming in after me get right in. Thats just not how you treat customers!

Never again will i see the Nurse Practitioner there. She needs to re-read the Hypocratic Oathe. Dr Nevels is great and always has been. Would go back to him for sure!
