My mother put in a call on a wednesday, her sisiter and roomate is in the hospital. my mother is very dependent on her chair, she can drive because she has a handicapped van. But could not leave the house in fear of her battery dying before she got home where she either stayed plugged up or would charge throughout the day. She had assurances of delivery on thursday and satyed up all afternoon no one showed or called she was exhausted. She called, friday, then I e-mailed saying I would pick it up if the delivery could not be made. No response, I finally called at 2pm and while I was on the phone the guy finally showed up. She is only 10 minutes away if that. They put my mother and then me under a lot of frustration and anxiety.

rated one star since there was no way to give 0 stars. Prescription for CPAP sent and after almost 2 weeks no CPAP.They said reasons were; Problems getting correct doctor records, only one person in office who does CPAP out with emergency. my complaint is that there was no communication from them except to return my calls. I transferred my script and had the machine, training and using it in two days.

Great service!!!!!!!! I got a c-pap from them and they did a great job for me. They took there time and explained everything to me. They took care of all of my paperwork with my doctor. I had to do nothing and now I get a great night sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
