The staff was discourteous and very unhelpful in resolving an issue with a prescription medication for my husband. After contacting the doctors office at 9am to request a refill I later received a voicemail from the nurse saying that they havent filled the prescription for my husband before (which was not true) and that they wouldnt even accept me calling in for the refill on my husbands behalf, it would instead have to come directly from my husband. I have called on behalf of my husband numerous times to request refills and it has never been an issue, so I am not sure why it was a problem today. This was not a narcotic or controlled medication. After calling the office back and talking with the nurse she was unhelpful and ultimately suggested going to the urgent care or ER. I am appalled that a person of the healthcare profession would suggest wasting the ERs resources to simply have a prescription refilled. This office obviously did not want to take care of my husband and was pushing him off onto someone else. I explained to the nurse that the doctor my husband sees has told my husband to contact him with ANY routine medication needs. She said the doctor was out to lunch and she would take the message to him when he returned. I asked that she call me back to let me know whether or not a refill would be authorized and she said she would. Almost 8 hours later (at 5pm when they and all other offices would be closing) she finally called to tell us that it would NOT be refilled. Needless to say we will not be returning to Withams Family Medicine office and will be looking for a new doctor for my husband.

I have COPD, Ive had a horrible painful deep dry cough for 5 days. I went to.this stand alone ER for my COPD today, 1.30.16. After I had Xray & bag of iv fluid, the doctor, (maybe a veterinarian) comes in and says hell write me a prescription for antibiotic and to use honey for my cough. Wow!! COPD is fatal & very painful. I asked the Dr to please prescribe me a strong cough syrup. He flat refused & said Indiana has laws about narcotics. Unless a patient has a broke bone, no narcotics are given. What a load of lying crap. We left from this facility and went to St Vincents Carmel Indiana. The Dr there have me outstanding care and a prescription for a narcotic. Guess Indianas law suddenly changed in the 15 minutes it took me to get from here to St Vincents Carmel. Do yourself a favor and go to a real hospital with real doctors. The nurses here were very nice, as was the registration lady.

one time i was a grand opening there was a bouncy house if it wasnt for my mom i would be dead. when I was in there they didnt even tell me they were going to deflate it. and the sad thing is that if a kid did almost suffocate they probably cant save them even if they tried. also one time my cousin went there she had a broken hand and gave her Advil. also my moms friend went there after a horse riding accident and messed her arm up when i would take 6 weeks to heal now it will take 1 year. dont go here even if you were dying.

Walked in healthy for a checkup. Walked out healthy. I asked the doctor to suggest what was best for me. Doctor ordered a bunch of tests. Blood, Xray, and CT Scan. Was billed 5 separate things totaling $3000. In-network insurance only covered $1000. 3 months later, and new bills are still coming. Called to complain and they offered to knock off 10%. Is this a business?? Do yourself a favor and go to a clinic. Youll pay $80 instead of $2000.

There was a long wait before they treated my family member. None of the medical staff introduced themselves while treating my sister. There was no followup instructions given, i.e., dont get the wound wet, what type of medicine was administered? After a lengthy waiting room wait, there was another long wait for her before the doctor came in. Again, no introductions, no name tags.

While the staff was nice, they dont seem to be able to do anything for you. I hurt my foot but the doctor said I needed an xray but refused to do it because she wasnt there the next day to get the report. They really need to change the name for "convenience" clinic as they dont seem to do much except send you other places. Sent another patient top the ER while I was there.

The New doctor and nurse were extremely arrogant and just out of touch with my needs. Obviously theyre brilliant and knowledgeable in their profession... but the bed side manner is atrocious. The radiology and lab team was much much more understanding and helpful about what needed to be done. Theyve had some turnover so that may be the problem.

I took my son to predication 2 days ago but systems were getting worst. Then I took him to the emergency early morning on the Xmas day. The doctor and staff were very helpful. Came up with the right diagnosis and give him the right medicine. We are very happy with their services.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The negative reviews on here do not seem to realize that "walk in" means no appointment and wait time will depend upon the number of patience being treated.

I Dont suggest to go for Xray in Anson/Zionsville facility. They charged 10 times when compared to 2 major radiology centers. Reason they said is so silly.
