I am thankful for the close knit workforce at Gallatin Health Care. Our familys frequent unannounced visits over the past two years has convinced me that this is truly a well managed facility. My Fathers (Chuck Kerr) steady recovery with the help of the professional and caring associated that obviously love what they do there. This place is Very clean and kept up well! Resident care is amazing! Would recommend them to anyone!! Only thing i think that would need work would be the staff is very friendly but their interaction with other nurses seemed a bit tense a few times i visited. Remember ladies you are all there for the same reason doing the same job! noone is better than anyone else! Again i would reccomend this place to everyone!

Very shady establishment. My grandmother suffered bumps and bruises. Others have had broken noses even fatal falls. Most of the employees, especially late night do not speak english. Please keep your loved ones away from this place.
