If I could give a lower rating I would. I came into this UrgentCare on Monday, August 8th, 2016 - with body aches, ear ache, sore throat and chest pain- like my lungs felt tight. The lady doctor, looked in my ears, then proceeded to tell me that I had a virus that is going around and Id be better in a few days, then sent me on my way. By Friday, August 12th, 2016, I was so sick & coughing so hard I thought I was going to break a rib. I went to the walk-in clinic at Summit & the doctor said I had bad bronchitis & raging ear infections. 24 hours later I was in the ER, with PNEUMONIA, struggling to breathe. So thanks for not really looking into my health-at least listened to my lungs and tested me for the flu. If the bronchitis was treated earlier, or at least my ears, I probably wouldnt have ended up in the ER. It seems like insurance fraud if you ask me.

I experienced complete and utter rudeness today by your employee in Mount Juliet, TN. After I inquired about whether your facility accepted my military insurance, she replied NO! So I asked if she knew of a nearby urgent care that did accept Tricare. She replied, "I doubt any place will take your insurance." If your daughter needs to be seen, I suggest you to go to a military post. For the record, my active duty husband is stationed HERE in Nashville, TN, not 1 1/2 hour away at Fort Campbell, or 2 1/2 hours away at Fort Knox, KY and frankly it shouldnt matter. It is your right to not accept Tricare, rights, my husband protects, but how you treat military families is unacceptable and something that the American people should be made aware of.

I went in with a tick bite and we had not pulled all the head of the tick out. I had a solid red ring around where the tick bit me so went to CareNow and saw Lauren Webb, PA. I cannot say enough good things about how efficient it was being seen quickly due to the professional and efficient personnel in the office. And very appreciative of the time the PA spent with me and not rushing. She explained everything, got the rest of the tick out and drew blood to check for the various diseases from a tick bite as it had been over 72 hours. She went ahead and put me on a antibiotic and if nothing comes back positive, I will be able to stop the meds. If you cant get to your doctor, I highly recommend CareNow in Mt. Juliet TN. and PA Karen Webb.

My partner and I both came down with bronchitis on our recent trip to Lebanon, TN for business. We found CareNow on a Google search and based on the reviews decided to give it a try. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and first thing Monday morning. Both times there was no wait. We saw a NP and a PA (not a doctor). Both were excellent, took their time with us, and explained everything in clear language. Best "doc in a box" ever!

Ridiculous wait time, considering the lack of patients (only saw one other patient come and go during the TWO HOURS spent in the waiting room). Sorry, but even the nicest of folks cant compensate for the fact its easier and MUCH faster to be seen at the ER. My advice: swallow the larger co-pay and go to Stone Crest ER, unless sitting around waiting for folks to acknowledge your existence while febrile and pneumatic is your thing.

Horrible experience! Condescending young African American inexperienced RN or FNP. How can you call yourself urgent care when you pick and choose what you treat . If you are truly a resource for the Providence community, then you should get qualified Healthcare professionals there. If not whats the point . I went there Sunday morning with no wait. Met with a rude uncaring young lady posing as a Healthcare official .

Ive been several times and feel I have always gotten very good care and treated well by all staff. The only complaint I have is that the website is frustrating. I have never been able to make an appt online. But I love the hours the clinic is open and the caring attitude of all the staff. No complaints at all with the clinic itself. I go to the Care Spot in Mt Juliet, in Providence Shopping Center.

I went in for a possible stress fracture. The staff was friendly and I did not have to wait long. I was in and out in a reasonable time, including x-rays. Jade was so nice and sweet and took the time to explain things. Did not feel rushed at all. The young man that took the x-rays and wrapped my foot was super nice. All in all a very good experience! Will be back for any emergency care!

I called ahead with an issue I was having to see if they had a 12 lead EKG machine. I gave my symptoms and was told I could come as a walk in. I paid for a ride to the UC. I went inside, told the receptionist I had called ahead and I was told they wouldnt see me, I needed to go to the ER. Its very dangerous to take that position. I wouldnt recommend this place for more than a sniffle.

Hours state from 8 to 8. I get there at 10:30 am and was told the provider would not be in until 2:00 pm. Then why are you even open. What a horrible experience. What a waste of money for a business. There are 5 other clinics or care facilities within a couple of mile. I suggest you go to you of those. They will have someone that can see you.

Our family sure misses CareSpot! We have tried to make appointments here twice and were treated very rudely as well as told you could walk-in and wait or let them call you in (60 minutes warning). Its hard to do that when you have a family and work schedule . No, thanks. We have sadly had to take our business elsewhere.

Online check-in helps to expedite the waiting process. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and comprehensive. I had been there within the prior two or three weeks for another reason and they remembered who I was. Given the number patients they see that was a pleasant surprise.

Ive been here several times. They are super friendly! They also accept appointments but if you walk in , theyve never had more than a 10 minute wait. They are able to handle so much more than a typical minute clinic. This has become my first choice for immediate care!

I visited CareSpot a few weeks ago and it was a very positive experience. My injury required stitches and the staff was considerate and patient. The provider was kind and took the time to explain the post-treatment instructions. Id highly recommend this location.

Great staff! Super kind and friendly. We recently moved to the area from out of state and have yet to find a physician. Well unfortunately my daughter ended up sick. Well a quick visit (in and out in under an hour) and my daughter was on her way to getting better.

This office does not know how to bill Insurance properly. They have submitted claims to my insurance multiple times. 6 months later they are saying I still owe money even though my insurance has paid them. I will never be returning.
