They dont care about your wellbeing at all. I have been on multiple medications and never once has my heart been listened to or have I stepped on a scale. Im pretty sure these new medicines can be dangerous and I thought the point of follow up was to make sure the medication precribed is not harming the patient. There is no way to know if they are harming me. I saw a computer doctor at this facility for about a year and a half and am now seeing a real in-house dr, in person. I had to rescheduled an appointment I had in April and they could not get me in until the end of May. I have called seveal times to see if I could get an earlier appointment and the staff doesnt even pay attention enough to what Im saying to understand the question. I wish I never came here and am on the look for another doctor that will make me feel like I am cared after. Dont go here.

run run far far away this faculty is nasty on the inside dont take a lot of insurances i have had 3 different insurances and they told me they didnt accept any of the ones i had (atena/ sigma/ blue cross) when i did spend the time wasted here i was thrown around from doctor to doctor i never seen the same care provider even though they would set up an appointment give me the doctors name and everything and when i got there informed me that said doctor was no longer there this happened on 2-3 occasions i was honestly expecting so much better having been referred here by several friends.

Dr. Abramson and Dr. Shetty are very unprofessional. I called 3 times in two weeks with panic attacks and anxiety. I had to go to the emergency room 2 times because they never called me back. I was astounded at the level of apathy. They keep putting me on medicines that thay already had me on a couple years ago. I have wasted what little money I had saved on medicines that do not work. They recently cut my therapy. I do not recomend this place. Two very big thumbs down!!!!!

Dont waste your time. Called them because my wife was cutting herself. Lady couldnt wait to rush me off the phone because she said they didnt have permission to make an appointment from my wife. We were looking for help for weeks and this place is exactly like every other psychology place. Rude, not accepting new paintents or some other story.

Nice facility, helpful receptionist. Therapist is understanding and helpful, and I would recommend for those seeking assistance with emotional concerns. In reference to the first review, Dr. Abramson and Dr. Shetty are no longer with the Guidance Center.
