I went in with, what I was pretty sure was, a pulled muscle in my back. It was to the point it hurt to do just about anything. I wanted to make sure nothing was broken. I spent a few hours there were they did a simple examination and some simple tests, confirming it was most likely a pulled muscle. I get the bill in the mail and it is $800!? I called three times asking for a itemized bill so I could see what on earth cost so much. Each time, I was told one would be sent but I never received it. I paid $800 for them to tell me my pulled muscle was a pulled muscle.

Went here twice in the last week. First with a grandchild needing a strep test and then another day with a grandchild who broke her arm in PE. Both times the staff were gentle and caring. One nurse even did the strep test on herself to show the child what it was like. I loved how they talked to the children and not just the adults. I feel secure taking my kids to them for care. Also the paperwork was streamlined and hassle free.

Charged me $80 to have the doctor do nothing for my pain but tell me they could not help and gave me antibiotics. If you are a veteran skip this place and go to the VA you have a better chance of getting help.

I walked in with a kidney stone. The receptionist informed me that it would be a two hour wait to receive care. So I left and went to the American Family Care by Smyrnas target and got in within 5 minutes.

I checked in at 1:24 pm and at 4:19 pm still waiting to be seen. Wonder how much longer this will take, no one comes to check on you either. Very unhappy.
