I accidentally arrived the day before my scheduled appointment (with a 3 day old baby). You would think they might have tried to squeeze me in but all I got was "Take this paperwork to save time and well see you tomorrow." Tomorrow arrives and they insist I have to pay for the appointment that day because my four day old baby is not yet on my insurance. BTW its the Christmas holiday and petty much everyone is on vacation. Fine, Ill pay. I thought I paid the entire bill since they were so insistent but I still got a bill "for the difference" The last straw is that after I paid in full, at their insistence, they billed my insurance anyway!! I wasnt really impressed with Dr. Bottoms and dont feel like she gave practical advice for a sleep deprived new mom. If you had a question, they would always return your phone call after hours so that if you missed it youd have to call the next day. This happened at least three times and once I went an entire week without a response. Just leave a message answering my question! Then they gave me inconsistent information regarding my daughters ultrasound. They had the results for a week and still no one had called (The radiologist would not give it to me). Then I was told they didnt have them, someone else the same day said the doctor hadnt looked at them yet... When I found a new pediatrician, cancelled my appointment and requested the HIPPA forms be emailed or faxed they told me they couldnt do that because they contain private information (blank forms?!) and Id have to stop by in person.

My First review has been removed, so here we go again. I took my daughter Morgan Pediatrics due to vaginal irritation and discharge. Dr Morgan told us nothing better than what we already knew and she prescribed a anti-fungal cream. My daughter had a rough couple days, and she wanted to hear her heart beat, she asked Dr Morgan but Dr refused more than one occasion. It would have taken Dr Morgan 10 secs to uplift a sick kids mood by just letting them hear their hearth beat, they are so kid friendly. This is a pediatric clinic, if you cant handle kids, what good are you to any of your clients. Right before we leave the office, the front desk asked us to pay $95, I asked them to send the bill to my address. But, They refused to let us go without a payment. Couple days later, my daughters symptoms got worse, so I took her to another Pediatric which is across the hall. They took a urine sample and find out that it was a bacterial infection, she was put on antibiotics. I dont recommend Morgan Pediatrics, I cant believe we had to pay $95 for wrong diagnosis.

My kids have been with Dr. Morgan back when she had her practice off of Wolverene Trail and when she was in the office. Since then there has been a lot of changes in the office especially with the office managers and now they berate you over your co-payment by screeming it accross the room. They bill you and do not have your correct address in their files and do not take the time to call you to fix the problem since it was on their end and then manage to send a certified letter stateing that they will no longer see your children due to a $7.00 bill that you owed that you did not owe and say demeaning things in the letter. I know that if Dr. Morgan had more of a thumb beat on this office this would NOT be the case but it has gotten away from her. Do not go there!

My son has suffered from severe eczema since 2 months of age, and at the time was having a pretty bad flare up, to the point I couldnt bathe him or apply his cream without pain. I found this office and a particular physician ( Langone) on a reputable website after researching the "Dr Aron" approach to eczema treatment. This was the only office listed in TN, so I decided to make an appt ASAP as he was miserable and I was out of additional treatment options. Please keep in mind I do not live in the Smyrna area. I had to leave work early, battle traffic and drive 45 minutes to this office. I was on time, and registration went smoothly, however I waited an hour with no idea of when I was going to be seen. After an hour, I finally left.

I highly recommend Nurture Pediatrics. My oldest daughter is 15 and she has been going to Nurture Pediatrics (previously Morgan Pediatrics) since she was about 2 or 3 years old and my other daughter who is 6 has gone their since she was born. Our main doctor we see is Dr. Langone and she is an absolutely amazing doctor. Both of my children have rare health issues and she has gone over and above as their doctor. She always takes her time with us, listens to all of our concerns, and is very detailed. I will always take my children to her. I have also had the opportunity to see Dr. Bottoms and Dr. Fuller on occasion and they are wonderful too!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my girls!!

The staff at Nurture Pediatrics is top notch, and they have always been so kind and compassionate with my girls. Dr Catherine Bottoms was our primary pediatrician from their births, and my girls still remember how good she was to them. She will forever be remembered as my doctor who always smiles at me. As much as we love Dr Bottoms, weve also had fantastic experiences with every other care provider as well. Nurture Peds clinicians always took a patient centered approach, and they really listen to parents. No matter how busy the clinic is, we never felt rushed...and we always felt like we were a priority. Its a truly special office, and I highly recommend them to all my friends in the area.

Our son is almost 4 and has gone here since he was born. Granted, hes not sick very often, but when weve taken him in for his checkups and shots, weve never had any issues at all. The front desk staff has always been helpful to me. The one thing I dont care for is that there are 3 or 4 doctors in the practice, so its rare that your child sees the same doctor. The ones he has seen, however, have been very friendly, and we havent had any issues. Each patient room has a different theme with murals all over the walls, some for girls, some for boys, and some that either gender would enjoy. All in all, we like it.

I have been taking my kids to Nurture for just under five years. Each of the doctors and staff treat my kids with the best quality of care. They are very knowledgeable and share their wealth of experience in childrens health with humility and kindness. I recommend them often and I cant say enough great things about their doctors and staff. The other great feature of their practice is 24-hour on call experts who will walk with any new parent through something as simple as a cold, or a severe illness that can be really scary. Nurture is really the best place to take your children.

We switched from Dr.Henschel at Tennessee Pediatrics to Dr.Bottoms at Nurture,and this was the best decision weve made! Dr.Bottoms was so caring & sweet to our little guy & she didnt rush in and out,she got to know us and thats hard to come by with physicians nowadays! The office staff was very welcoming & nice. We didnt wait long at all,they were faster here than most places weve been. Id definitely recommend Nurture to anyone wanting a great place to take their kiddos
