Dr. Carrie Singer has been treating my teenage daughter off and on for more than a couple of years and regularly for the last nine months or so. She is kind, patient, and listens to my concerns as well as my childs. She has facilitated a full battery of psychological testing for my child with another member of the group, Dr. Allison Bethea who I have met with once so far regarding my daughter, for 2.5 hours and I was greatly impressed with her attention to detail and empathy. I have no idea how people are approaching therapy or their concerns with this group to have such a negative impression. We have received nothing but the best from the whole group so far. Not to mention appointment times are kept and you dont get left waiting forever for the appointment. They start on time or close to it, which is great when your schedule is hectic like mine is. I could say a lot to negate the negative reviews, but I will just leave this as it is. Again, our experience has been nothing but great.

AVOID seeing Dr. Carrie Singer. She is very rude in a psycho-calm demeanor. She starts every session in a slow and relaxing manner and rushes to the finish line to kick you out. She is honestly more interested in your pocket and what you have financially than helping you out. I strongly urge all potential patients to avoid Dr. Carrie Singer at all or any costs necessary. She has a evil spirit and acts so friendly about it. I am highly analytical and have severe paranoia because of my attention to detail and she is very careless in every regard. Many of my concerns were deemed unimportant because she does not have time to address them. I told her about 4 clear issues I am suffering from and would like to talk about but she only emphasized on the last concern because it was the least of my concerns in a list of 4. Therefore, neglecting the remaining 3 concerns and would deflect my questions pertaining to those issues. Extremely unpleasant experience. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had my child on the wait list for an assessment test. I received a call from Olivia on 3/28 at 9:20 am to tell me there was an available slot for my childs assessment. This appt was scheduled for 10am on 4/20. I called the office to verify said appt on 4/19 since I had not received the usual " calling to confirm appt" call from the office. My childs appt did not exist!!! The person with whom I spoke called back after verifying with that doctor that no she had no appt with my child tomorrow and had no appts for the type of assessment needed the entire month of April. All they could offer was apologies and Olivia will call you tomorrow. Yeah, no thank you. If you choose to use this place BE VIGILANT and REQUIRE them to send you a verification email of your appt date and time. ESPECIALLY if you are wait listed. Otherwise, you will be SOL like my child is. We will not be giving this group a second chance.

The doctor I saw was very nice and I liked her a lot but thats about the only good thing. They did not get a pre-auth from my insurance company that was required per their contract with the insurance company. They billed me for the balance which was more than 4 times the amount quoted by other doctors for the same service. They eventually fixed that issue also and settled on a cash price which was fair. They said they would mail the report to the surgeons office after the received my payments. They received my payments and two weeks later they have not given the report to the surgeon. When the surgeons office called and spoke with their office manager they all of a sudden had no record of me as a patient. So now I have emailed the doctor I saw and requested they fax the report once again. They were very nice but I would not recommend them because of their business practices.

Ive been going to Quince Orchard Psychotherapy for almost a year. Im very appreciative for the mental health I receive. Without good mental health, you dont have anything. Mental health affects everything including physical health. My counselor is Yevgeniya (Jane) Melnik. She is smart, observant, and has a beautiful caring heart for others. Its wonderful to have a sincere counselor and to be able to see progress in myself. Im stronger now. Others counselors I have briefly met here are so very kind. Coming here has helped me so much. I feel more secure and free to smile again. :)
