The young lady counceller has been very good for my daughter... they have been good about scheduling as well. I have had a unanswered phone call or 2 from billing office (somewhere else) as well as some confusion on billing. So if office got billing stuff sorted- Id say theyre a pretty dang good outfit.

Most useless group of people on earth. Proper forms were sent 3 most ago for release of information and all I get is a run around. It is vitally necessary information and they could care less. So beware if you or people you designate on the proper forms you will get NOTHING

This place is ridiculous. I called 3 times to give them my information to get a Appointment. They were supposed to call me back and never did. So I called them and they had no information on me!!!
