I arrived at 1130 on 23rd February. 3 hour wait just get paperwork verified so I could start a job. Still didnt get seen, then they called after I left , to say I needed something else verified. I had the physical on the 15th, so I wanted to make sure if I needed to call for more paperwork , etc. The waiting room emptied out 3 times, and I still was sitting there. Other patients had come and gone. Well, as you guessed it, it cost me getting my new job. I would rather go to a 3rd World Veterinary clinic. I filed a complaint with Strom Aviation, because they are contracted with them. If a competent person would have spent 5 minutes with me, I would have the job. Thank you Concentra, sleep well tonight, enjoy your dinner.

Came here to renew my DOT Physical. I was told the wait was going to be 3hrs. Within that 3hrs i have to stay within the waiting lobby or else i will be taken off the waiting list. There were 2 people ahead of me. The Tech however was very nice and moved proficiently. After the Tech I had to sit in a cold room with no clothes on for over 1hr for a doctor to basically look on me and tell me im "good to go". ( Dr. Alam )

The young lady, Dionne, that greeted me upon my arrival was extremely pleasant and professional. She was very informative about the new online procedures concerning the DOT physical. Im always nervous about this process but her extreme pleasantness was a calming factor for my entire physical. She is definitely a positive asset to your company.

Been waiting 7hrs for dot medical card the examination took 2hrs and I am in perfect health i have just been waiting. The nurses and receptionist are amazing but the the female doctor is slow. After 7hrs im still waiting and have not recieved my documents. Worst experience ever I will never in life come back to this place.

I totally pre-judged this place just because its on Fulton Industrial and I was completely wrong! Every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The doctor was caring and efficient. The facility was clean and the wait time wasnt bad for an urgent care. I highly recommend it.

The staff is very friendly! I had to wait a bit, but what doctors office doesnt have a wait? Especially for a walk-in! They even offered me a little bottle of water and crackers while I waited, apologizing. Very sweet, very attentive services, and Id happily refer them to anyone!

Dont come here if you want fast service. DOT physical wait times are 3 plus hours just to go back. The staff isnt the friendliest but at least they dont try to bite you.

Terrible service. I sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting to receive one vaccine. I watched people come in after me get examined before me. A big waste of time.

Might have been the day i went but it took almost 1hr and 1/2 for just a drug screen other than that I guess it was ok

Chairs are dirty with stains and the doctors dont even pay atention to what you tell them.
