The wait time at this place was freaking RIDICILOUS!! I showed up BEFORE opening hours, signed in @ 7:30 a.m., (hoping Id make it to work by 9...I shouldve known better); I was told since I was the 1st sign in, my total visit time (from admissions to discharge) would be an hour. However, I didnt get put in a room until 8:18 (so that 1hr. time was out the window)! Its now 9:00 and Im still waiting to be seen by Doc. (Oh yeah, the Doc did stick her head in the rm and say, "Ill be in with you shortly"). I determined that to be a lie, because its 20m later and IM STILL WAITING! If I didnt need this steroid shot for these freaking hives (allergic reaction), Id be outta here!! The wait is RI-FREAKIN-DICULOUS!! 9:04, and she FINALLY comes in claiming a burn emergency!! That dude couldve waited!! He walked in @ the same time as I, unassisted and in no excruciating pain! He just happened to be accompanied by a rep from his job (work-related injury); so that pushed him to priority. Anyways, I wouldnt have rated my visit, but due to the loooong wait, I couldnt resist and the ONLY reason 1 ☆ was given is because the Doc was friendly. Its 9:14, and Im officially late for work. Guess, I should have expected to spend a minimum of 2-4 hrs here....but the steroid shot was well worth the wait.... aaahhhhh...relief!! Update: My script from the Dr. was sent to a pharmacy that has been closed for AT LEAST 6 yrs and after several attempts at calling and providing the staff with the correct pharmacy name/address, along with going back to Concentra to personally hand this info to them, the prescription was YET AGAIN called in at the wrong location. Several attempts and phone calls later, the script was FINALLY forwarded to the correct location!! 24 hrs later, I now have my meds and can continue my treatment for these freaking HIVES!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! The wait time is unbelievable. Ive been here 3 times and not by choice! Each time that I have been here I have waited more than an hour and a half to be called back. Once called back I waited another hour for the doctor. The doctor came in and provided 4-5 minutes of service. In the mist of him assisting me he walked out of the medical room to which I was in and started servicing other patients. I have never expierenced such poor service. Once the service has been provided you have to wait another 30-45 minutes to be checked out! If you have the chance to go to another clinic I HIGHLY recommend it.

Terribly slow service on a Thursday. Had to have a civilian profile request packet filled out by a doctor to submit to the Surgeon General office and the physician refused to sign it by saying I was ignorant of regulations and was having him do something illegal. They are NOT aware of Army Reserve procedures and I thank all that is right that this is not my units main medical facility. The doctor does not know what he is talking about when it comes to a profile REQUEST versus a real PROFILE. If you are a reservist or guardsmen, I suggest you find another location.

Do not come to this place. Although you sign in and do the paperwork required for urgent care, I sat and waited to be called back. After an hour passed and everyone who signed in after me were called back, the girl realized she did not do my paperwork somehow. Got called back in and have sat in room to see a doctor for another hour and half. When I asked someone in the hall if they had forgotten about me, rudely I was told they were coming. Do not waste your time here, should have scheduled an appt at my doctors but figured this would be quicker.

Absolutely incompetent. After waiting three hours, and spending two minutes with the doctor, she completely disappeared. She gave me no information about my medication or further instructions, no follow-up at all. I had to call the office for clarification (after being on hold for another fifteen minutes), and they still neglected to send the right prescription to the pharmacy. Extremely poor communication. If you have an inordinate amount of time on your hands, and magical telepathic powers, this may the place for you.

I give this three because I am divided. The tech was great. He was curteous and professional. So Im not mad. But the front desk girl was the worst service I have had in a long time. Her non caring attitude and spiteful looks were enough to make me want to leave. She is the first face of your business and you need to do some clean up. Those girls didnt talk to me in any respectful way and did not explain the why for anything I asked. Be careful or you will lose all your business.

I had an appointment for 8am, arrived at 7:45 filled out my paperwork by around 8:10 and started waiting to be called. It is now 10am and I have yet to be called back for my annual physical. Apparently people that are only doing drug test have priority. The front desk staff are really nice and respectful, so it must be management. When you make an appointment you would think you have priority over walk ins... not here. I do not recommend this location if you are short on time.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I waited for over an hour and was the 2nd in line. Makes zero sense. Then the nurse, Jennifer Jackson, was the absolute RUDEST, most unprofessional person Ive met in my entire life. Ive never wanted to cuss someone out so bad!!!! And Im a Christian!! I will never be back. She should be fired. Her answers to my questions were condescending. She had no concern or sympathy for me whatsoever. She is a miserable human being.

The waiting area/process is worse than the dmv. My nurse was an amateur; she needed my assistance to locate my pulse. She reminded me of the Nelson Mandela sign language interpreter. The doctor wasnt much better. She had a hard time articulating her thoughts and spent some time looking into my nose and ears to distract me from the fact that its not their practice to perform any sort of diagnostic work. A huge waste of money and time.

I chose Concentra because they are closer than my pcp. Was there yesterday, had to wait awhile but it was not that bad. Every staff member I spoke to was very polite and professional. My doctor was caring and answered all my questions. I never felt once that I was being rushed. I even got a call back today from their office asking how I was feeling. Very pleased for a first time visit and will absolutely use them again.

I sat for about an hour while people who checked in after me were called. After my physical, I sat for about another half hour waiting to be checked out. One of the staff asked what I was waiting for, and when I said to be checked out I was informed that they lost my papers...so I wanted another hour for them to find them/write up new ones. The staff is astoundingly incompetent and slow. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. 1.5hr to get called back to see a nurse. Another 45min in the patient room waiting for the doctor. After seeing the doctor I was asked to have seat while they process my paper work.. For another hour. Spent 3 hours for a basic physical for work. Go else where if possible. Terrible service. Doctor sees you for less than 3 minutes.
