Ive had many issues with the front desk as far as scheduling. I had made an appointment ,and they would forget to put me on their schedule so when I would arrive the doctor wouldnt be there. They would try to tell me that I was late, but I had my appointment card that showed a different time. After I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Rogers on May 4th, I arrived at 9:10 am, with an appointment at 9:30 am. I didnt get seen till 10:25am. Once I was in the backroom, she came in and diagnose me with a medical condition. Curious about it, I had asked her a question and she cut me off and told me she didnt have time to be combative with me. Dr. Rogers wanted to put me on an insulin blocker and told me she would call in my prescription that day. After the third day of calling the pharmacy and being told my prescription was not here. I called Dr. Rogers office and they would tell me that they would call in it that day, at the latest tomorrow. Two weeks had passed and I still had not receive my prescription. I would call in every week and was told Dr. Rogers was out of town and that they would get to her as soon as possible. It is now May 27th, and I still havent had my prescription called in. I called again and they said that they would try to get it in today but if not it would be Tuesday. Im supposed to have a follow up with Dr. Rogers, to see how am I reacting to the medicine. But I cannot do that if I never got it. I drove over an hour to get to this doctor because I read the good reviews, but that is not the experience Ive had. If she cant even call a prescription in, how can I trust her with the well being of me, let alone my baby. This is by far the worse doctor I ever been to.

I love having Dr. Rogers as my OBGYN. She really takes time to listen to any questions or concerns I may have. I feel like she has holistic approach to medicine and is able to offer a well rounded perspective. It is such a shame that Ms. Betty in the front office doesnt take that same pride in her work to offer even half that level of professionalism. She has billed my previous insurance carrier from previous employer even after multiple in person and over the phone conversations with her to have her correct it. The most disappointing part being that she was the individual that took a copy of insurance card herself scoffing, "Oh, United Healthcare? I dont like them." And if the insurance mix up wasnt enough for put her incompetence in check. I have been following up with her for the past 2 months pleading with her to please send my completed biometric screening form to my employer. Each week it goes undone and each week I have to follow up with her and listen to the confused attitude in her voice about how "she knows shes faxed it in already" and how "shes going to call me right back". If youre willing to roll up your sleeves and ready to do the job at the front office of your OBGYN in addition to being a patient there this is the place for you.

Had an iud placed in may I had to go to er over it for them to check it due to the pain ( it was placed correctly, I just apparently dont take pain well) I just called the office to get checked for a uti and they wont see me until I make a appt to get iud checked... "so your wanting to check something that is not a problem before checking the problem Im having" money hungry and extreamly unprofessional. I have family that goes there as well and we will be finding another doctor to see for our female needs. I didnt know about this "policy" before I started seeing her if so I would of known better

I am highly disappointed in the level of service I received from the staff they are constantly rude and seem as if asking a question is a bother I had an appointment on 3/24/17 after my appointment the doctor told me my perspiration will be sent to my pharmacy by the end of the day I kept calling my pharmacy and they said they didnt have any perception for me i called back of that Friday left a message with the answering service still no prescription no call NOTHING...... I CALLED AGAIN 6/1 NO CALL STILL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE I WENT TO URGENT CARE TODAY AND GOT MY MEDS TODAY

Very difficult to get a live voice and timely return call. I had a problem getting back test results and the way they billed my insurance was a mess. The lady at front insisted I had to pay a full office visit instead of accepting my co-payment from insurance. I was going to ask it go towards visit so I paid quite a bit out of pocket for my office visit (no other doctor charged this to me for an office visit) for the office to not get me my test results back to me in a timely manner. It was disappointing trying to deal with office staff to find out steps to get my test results.

After having to find a new ob/gyn when my insurance changed this year, I was completely blessed to have found Dr. Rogers. She has amazing bedside manner with a no nonsense attitude. I never once felt like my concerns werent important and I never felt rushed. One thing I have dealt with before with other OBs is the feeling of being just another patient and not an actual person with feelings. Dr. Rogers never made me feel like I was just a number in her line of patients. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

My experience at Atlanta Premier OB/GYN was amazing. The office is nice clean,and always smell good. Thats something you dont always find in OB/GYN offices. I also had to get a procedure done and I was extremely terrified of getting it but Dr.Rogers made me very feel comfortable and the procedure went really well. Dr. Rogers is definitely the best OB/GYN in Atlanta and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for an OB/GYN. As soon as im ready to have kids she will definitely be my OB doctor.

Dr.Rogers takes good care of u. she takes her time and listens as well as explains everything in detail. The bad part of of it is that the staff never gets back with you like they are supposed to and Ms. Betty acts really ugly and disrespects you if things arent right with your insurance. She acts like its her money/office. She wont pass messages to doctor Rogers either.

Dr. Rogers was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable. She takes time to get to know you and your health. My pap test was quick and easy. Ms. Betty at the front desk was nice and knowledgeable with my insurance plan. I had issues the my previous primary care billing and she worked it out for me to see Dr. Rogers. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience! Staff told me I had a yeast infection when I didnt. Dr called in medicine that I told her I was allergic to. Unable to get correct prescription because Dr was too busy to call it in. I received charges for my visit that I shouldnt have. Staff unwilling to help. They dont care about their patients.
