I have to agree with the previous reviewer that Essential Dental has terrible customer care. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dental office. Sadly, it has nothing to do with the dentists, who are polite and professional. But their front desk staff are the most incompetent, uncaring employees I have ever encountered in a medical setting. There are no smiles or pleasantries. Different staff members tell you different things. Most importantly, they have severely overcharged us three times now for services that were covered under our insurance plan. I dread going there because I know it will be followed by lengthy calls to my insurance company and time wasted arguing for my money back. The best dentist in the world would not be worth this much trouble.

The worst customer service from a dental office I have ever experienced. Too lazy to verify the insurance, telling me call them yourself. I was on the phone with the insurance company, while the dental office staff were talking to me. It was clearly obvious they were lying and when caught, just walked away. It was a ridiculous experience. They are terrible people who do not give a damn whether they have patients or not, never mind about them.
