This was my first visit to this dentist office, I decided to go to this dentist because its closer to were I live-- my usual dentist is in Fairfield. My appointment was at 4pm and I arrived about 15 min early and at around 4:15pm I started wondering why I had not been called in. I didnt say anything at first because no one was at the desk and I was the only one in the waiting room, but about 4:20 I was finally told that they were running late and that they would see me shortly. At 4:45pm I had still not been called in, so I decided to tell them that I was leaving because at this point I wasnt sure what they could of done with my teeth if they close the office at 5pm. I am very disappointed and upset that I had to leave work early and waste my time at a dentist office for nothing, knowing that I have to ask my boss for more time off. Additionally, they did not seem to care about the delay and offered almost no concern for my dilemma.

Great office. Love this place. Gets the whole family in there to be seen. Family place that is nice to both kids and adults alike. nice office to visit...all of the staff is great to deal with.

Dr K gives pain free injections and I love the t.v.s in the ceiling. The appointments seem like they are over super fast.
