I wish I had read the reviews first! I had over 6,000 dollars worth of work done in 09. I did wonder if most of my old caps really did need to be replaced, they gave me a good explanation of why they should be done. So I did! ....Well, I was Happy with the work. They did do a nice genital job my teeth look great! However- ****Yes, be careful about getting the Interest FREE for a Year CareCredit financing, if it is not fully paid off in a year they will charge you the FULL interest of the entire amount charged. I had about $200 left to pay, I miss calculated my timing and they charged me over $600 interest. Also, because I maxed out the CareCredit card, because the max they would do was $2,320.00, I charged the rest on my regular credit card, which I am still paying for. So over all, it is still costing me for the work I got done. The bummer part of all of this is... One of the root canals went bad and I need more work done which I can not afford at this time, due to my cut back hours at work, so Im living with the pain. Pain in the mouth, and pocketbook!

I knew it was a mistake the moment we walked in. I miss the dental offices of old, where the dentist did the cleaning, and you could be confident that you werent paying for their latest digital imaging contraption with unnecessary work billed to your insurance. As we waited for our appointment the "finance" expert talked to another family about the work that their young (under 10) daughter would need - several teeth pulled, etc. When we were called in for our appointment it was only for the exam, not a cleaning. Of course during the exam they found work that needed to be done. They even recommended changing all of my husbands fillings because they were loose. A month later we went to our old dentists office (now run by his younger partner) and confirmed that our suspicions were accurate - no need to replace the fillings and no visible carries in my teeth, just some soft spots to watch. Get a second opinion!

After a 3 1/2 hour drive from my home to Petaluma I arrived a bit early. I was given the paperwork to fill out. After that we had a bit of a wait (because we were early). Once I was in the room, the entire staff were extremely caring and let me know exactly what was going to happen. The extraction was totally painless. It took about 1/2 an hour from start to finish. When I was leaving the receptionist had gone out earlier, during her lunch break, and bought me a small Birthday cake (since it was my Bday) and actually sang Happy Birthday !!! I have NEVER met a more friendly, informed and caring staff from the front desk to the surgeon. HIGHLY recommend this office...Thanks

Happy and friendly staff. Thorough examinations and explanations of procedures. Also, very helpful people in the front of the house. They explain the charges and answer insurance questions and concerns with ease. They send multiple appointment reminders as well, which I appreciate! I havent had any issues at all like I read in other reviews. Ive been seen for regular cleanings, deep cleanings as well as multiple fillings done by different dentists at their office. Ill definitely keep coming back and recommending this office to everyone I know!

The people are nice but Im still dealing with their billing department for something I had done almost 1 year ago. Its ridiculous! Im never going back
