Its hard to say enough bad things about our experiences with this dentist. His bed-side manor is abrasive. Three people in our family all had the experience that we dont want feel comfortable with him. His office manager, Patty, is down right mean and should not be in any job where she interacts with the public. Every time we have scheduled appts they arrive back at the office at least 15 minutes after our scheduled appts leaving us waiting outside on the curb or in the waiting room. If they take long lunches or breaks, why not schedule appts later? This late arrival has happened at least 6 times. They also recommend services that arent necessary to try and increase their profits, like coating kids teeth with plastic. The one bright spot in that office is Mandy the hygienist. She is sweet and very good at her job.

My family and I have been Dr Brock Thomas patients for more than 10 years. He has always provided us with the best possible care. He has a friendly and kind approach which makes the dental experience comfortable. He has interest in learning new technologies which puts him right at the top the qualities I look for in a dentist. I really recommend him and his staff.

Excellent dental team! Would refer anyone there. BTW there is no Patty and now after 2 visits I never waited more than 5 minutes total. Competent, careful, & caring...
