At first, I loved this place, but then I felt more like someone on a used-car lot--and my dental health was the car they were trying to sell me. Always an "extra" each time I went in. Always something I should have filled, pulled, or crowned. Always a "mistake" on the bill that needed to be (and was) corrected. The people are friendly, even kind. They hug you when you enter and leave. The office is five minutes from my home. I so wanted to believe that I was getting good care. I wasnt. I paid more for insurance and have returned to my previous dentist. In doing so, Ive learned whats really going on with my teeth. Im guessing the "professionals" at Marketplace must be on commission. thats the only explanation I can figure out. They must be salespeople.

The doctor recommended I get a bridge when he said my tooth couldnt be saved after a root canal was needed. The bridge was supposed to be a permanent but it was made in house & 2 years later it broke & fell out. I cant even get the bridge replaced now because 1 of the teeth that was supporting the bridge has since gone dead. I shouldve just left that tooth missing because they filed my other 2 supporting teeth down to affix the bridge so instead of just missing 1 tooth now I am missing 3. When I had dental work done elsewhere (before the bridge broke & fell out) 2 different doctors told me the bridge looked like it was a temporary. Its been a nightmare to say the least. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your dental work!

I hadnt been to a dentist in about 2 years. I was really nervous to go but knew I needed to. I was so happy with the experience. I was welcomed by very kind staff, I was treated well even though I was embarrassed about my teeth. The wait time wasnt bad. The prices explained to me- they went over my insurance and what was covered as well as what I would need to pay out of pocket based on what treatment plan I chose. They explained to be that the prices vary depending on which option I wanted. As with everything there was a bare minimum and the nicer longer lasting choice. I went with the longer lasting, as I always say "you get what you pay for" :) Overall very happy.

Every time my wife goes in for a checkup theres always something wrong with her. She had to get a bridge done, tooth extractions, and a the crown. She just want today and now theyre telling her she needs two more crowns and bridge needs to be redone again. Our insurance doesnt really cover this much procedures and Ive already paid them up to $4,000 out of my own pocket. I think its time to get a second opinion. The reason why Im giving them two Stars is because they are very friendly and professional.

Dr. Cuenca and his staff are absolutely knowledgeable, kind and caring. I came to this office terrified of the dentist and left with not only a clean smile, but also assured that I am in good hands. All the staff is very kind, patient and assuring (I came with many concerns). Every visit has been nothing short of amazing. I have never had one appointment where the staff didnt make me feel like a valued patient.

Excellent staff, great doctors. I came in with a plethra of embarrassing dental issues. No one ever spoke down to me or made me feel like a failure for my dental condition. I have been to many dentist but none has demonstrated the ability to make me feel they actually care. ps. I love that when patients come in we are greeted by our name! Went here for about a year every time we went there was always something wrong it was always a root canal when I knew it was just a cavity felt very taken advantage of and that they werent honest the kids place next-door also wasnt honest told me my son had 13 cavities I took from him for a second opinion to Cal kids and he had six do not recommend them stay away

This place is excellent. My daughter has had problems letting anybody work in her teeth. Shes 5. These people were absolutely great and made her feel comfortable the whole time. Weve gotten more done today then the past three years combined.

Staff is wonderful and friendly. Very gentle and caring when it comes to dental work and they dont just rip your mouth open like some places do.
