Went here to retrieve my immunization records for school. Paid $25 and waited to get a phone call when my file was recovered. I was never notified when my records were retrieved. I ended up receiving a package in the mail 4 days later with my records, but I needed a form signed. Went back in to drop off a form, and I was told only 1 doctor was allowed to sign it, and he was not currently in the office. I told the front desk she was wrong and any doctor in the practice could verify that I did indeed have my vaccinations (she was wrong). She said she would double check to see if I was right, so she took down my phone number and sent me on my way. I went back a THIRD TIME to this office to receive my signed form and was asked to pay an additional $5. Called their office managers to explain the situation and how an additional $5 for a signature after making 3 trips and already paying $25 was ridiculous. I was transferred two times an I was told I would get a phone call back, but never received one. Very frustrating experience.

My daughters sees dr.desilva.. she is great.. sick visits doesnt need appointment but d wait time s long.. but u can leave the doctor a message and get a call back before a sick visit to know if t s really necessary to walk in..

The practice is fine. The staff when they answer the phones are rude. They need some training on how to talk and use manners.

Great doctors. No appointment needed for sick visit but there can be a wait.
