I had a hard time locating a reputable pediatrics practice in Stafford; I almost felt forced to go here because of the limited resources. The nurses are young; early 20s young with a chip on their shoulder... Some are nice, others arent - almost as if they stayed up too late (doing what 20-somethings do) and literally just rolled out of bed. The doctors and nurse practitioners are the same. Dr. Rajaee is the only doctor that I feel comfortable seeing as she seems to have the most experience and treats you like she actually WANTS to see you and your child. Dr. Walsh is okay; she listens and nods as if youre an idiot and she already knows whats wrong with your child before youve even explained it to her (obviously, I dont care for her). The nurse practitioners are too young for my liking, as I prefer doctors/NPs with a little experience under their belt - being a parent might help also; granted, schooling can teach you a lot, but experience is more valuable. If I could find another place to take my children, with a reputable doctor and friendly staff, I would go there instead of here. I honestly feel like they dont truly care for the well-being of your child, but more the money you are bringing in. One of their receptionists is extremely rude - her tone is just absolutely fake and youll say to yourself "Why am I taking my child/ren here??"... Note: Shes the voice on the recording when you call in. In the end - Im searching for a caring, reputable, experienced practice in the Stafford area... if you know of one, please share. This practice is NOT it.

As a healthcare professional, I am very selective with the doctors, medical facilities, and services that I choose. I have taken my children to this group of doctors for almost 12 years and I have been completely satisfied with the care that we have received. We have been treated by all the doctors and NPs over the years and each one has always been professional and taken the time to get to know us and our children personally. Additionally, the fact that they call to check-in and/or update a parent on results on their own time reflects a genuine concern for the patients/families under their care. The waiting times are no different than any other doctors office and I take comfort in knowing that I am not just a number and will receive personalized and attentive care from professional staff. I always recommend this practice to all my family and friends!

I had to consider carefully before I could give them 1 star only. I wish I could give them zero star. This pediatrician has very unprofessional staff who act like they hate their job. There are no toys at the waiting room while they ask the parents and the kids to wait too long. They know they are the only provider in Stafford area so they treat the parents and the kids with NO RESPECT and value. How could the important medical records being sent out in such a poor arrangement and manner? The staples could hardly hold the documents. I never wrote a review, by doing this, I am hoping they will change their attitude to better serve another patients, but I doubt about it when those poor performances became their tradition.

Have taken both of our children (now ages 2 and 4) here since we moved to the area in October 2009. After the first visit, we were happy with our choice and felt like we made the right decision. Since this time however, I would say the "care" my children have received has been borderline negligent. They were happy to take our co-pays (hundreds of dollars worth this past winter) without really providing our children with any treatment other than saying "hes sick, bring him back in 3 days." The doctors were not particularly proactive in treating our children, and as a result our son has had strep for the last three weeks (for which they failed to catch or treat). Think twice when taking your sick child here.

I had taken my daughters to this clinic for years and when I first began doing so, they were great but the doctors are not very proactive in the treatment they give and are very willing to allow my children to get very sick before doing anything. My daughter was hospitalized for a week at 5 days due to the doctors not agressively treating her infection. Other times the office staff cares more about the money then patient care. I called once to make an apt for my very sick newborn and was told that cause there was an outstanding balance that they would not see her no matter how sick she was. I have since taken my children from this practice. i would not bring your children there.

This Pediatrician does not care about the children at all! Everytime when we came there and we had to wait at least 40 minutes due to their overbooking, the last time we had to wait an hour. Was not that right to be upset if we had to wait an hour? No, instead saying sorry, they sent us a letter to reject providing their service to our 2 kids. We received the envelope of the medical records that they almost felt out of that small broken envelope that they tried to shoved them in. Really? what kind of service they are providing when they treat the children not even like animals!

Sorry but I was not impressed with this office when I first walked in ... the waiting room was like a regular doctors office, no childrens books, no toys, they actually had adult magazines which my toddler was trying to rip up for a pediatricians office I felt this was strange. Then walking to the back waiting rooms and noticing all the patients charts, only to find out they are still on paper!!! Then walking into room while waiting on the doctor... it was not kid friendly at all! Staff was polite & friendly but I didnt feel this was a good "pediatricians office "

I would deffinately recommend pediatric partners of stafford. We have been going there going on three years and we truly feel like our three children are in good hands there. I really dont understand the bad and quite honest plain rude reviews on here. I never in three years had any issues with anybody at all. I waited a little bit here and there but i understand im not the only patient. The doctors and nurse practitioners take their time to listen to my concerns and i would want them to do the same for others. Its clean and everybody is very proffessional.

This is a great office! I have been taking my daughter here since we moved back in 2009, and now have a newborn that also goes. We love all the docs! They take their time and really care about their patients. The rest of the staff is also great! Always professional! The waiting area is a typical doc waiting room, but not sure what else people expect. Contrary to what other people say, the waiting room does have childrens toys and books, plus movies for them to watch. Each patient room is also decorated in different themes. Vey kid friendly!
