I love Dr T, hes wonderful but that front office staff is unbearable. I dont know if its the management staffs or the providers policy that a parent cannot set up an appointment when requested but Im tired of jumping through hoops when I attempt to make a sick call appointment. I called this morning to request an appointment with Dr T for my son who is having throat issues. I was told that I could not set up the appointment (I have a ppo insurance and I dont have any balance due), and I had to speak with the advice nurse. To make matters worse, I had to leave a message and wait for the nurse to call back. Thank God I have a ppo insurance, so I was able to find an ENT and made an appointment to have him seen by a specialist instead. How did healthcare get like this? I feel like weve become so administratively driven in healthcare that it has taken away from our abilities to care for the patients. The responsibility to care for the patient doesnt just fall on the doctor, it also falls onto the front desk personnel all the way up to the management staff making sure that the offices are adequately staffed and managed. That was the second time Ive had to deal with the front office for a sick visit and had a negative outcome. From now on, I will deal only schedule the routine yearly visits with Dr T and schedule sick visits with the appropriate specialists.

Love all the doctors & nurses here, never have felt rushed and brushed off when asking questions. They are very good about staying on schedule getting us in and out quickly. Work with my family on alternate vaccine schedule being that I only do 2 at a time and delay some. They understand that ALL children need somewhere to go vs kicking out if you dont do according to standard schedule. They also do ear piercing here, which makes me feel better by the way each earring is individually contained in a sterile package.

Its very exaggerated that this is a good practice. I have experience much better. The doctors do not do their due deliggence to find out what is wrong with your child. You end up coming back and forth many times. They have poor follow up and their oncall service is absolutely herendous. I moved to this practice after moving the area and after experiencing 3 different negative episodes I have decided to find a different pediatrician office.

The customer servicer is very poor and staff is unprofessional. The oncall servicer was a nightmare to use. Some of the doctors are nice, but nice doesnt cut it when my children are misdiagnosed or when their are delays in getting medical information back. Again the doctors are nice but children are the most prized possession and you want to know that the doctors are doing whatever necessary when your children are sick!
