We had recently moved to Leesburg, VA and we needed to find a new doctor for our three children. The two lower ratings were a little concerning, however, when we went to checkout the office, we loved it! The environment is very welcoming with beautiful murals in all of the exam rooms. They even have wind chimes above the exam tables which my two little ones absolutely love... not to mention it keeps them distracted. They must have gotten new receptionists because the communication has been spectacular. The nursing staff is extremely friendly and know what theyre doing. Weve had our appointments with Dr. Rappaport who is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to talk with us and get to know us. She is not in-and-out like most doctors. Dr. Rappaport is very knowledgable and doesnt push drugs unless absolutely necessary. (Again, not like most doctors.) There have been a few nights that we have had to reach out to the doctor on call and they are very reliable in returning your call in a short amount of time. One night we spoke to another doctor from the practice who was also wonderful. They truly make the effort to remember you and your children. I cant say enough great things about Town Pediatrics. Ive recommended them to our friends who are expecting and they are just as pleased. Absolutely wonderful! -The Chaos

We moved here 12 years ago, i was pregnant with 4th child. Picked their office as it was close to home. Stayed year after year because we trust and love the doctors and staff. With 4 kids we have been through alot. In addition to the regular well visits and sports physicals, there have been broken bones, pneumonia, ear infections, strept, even Salmonella! When my youngest was born, Dr Groeber came to the hospital and really checked my daughter out. She found a heart murmer. Which eventually corrected itself. They take their time with each child. They listen. The doctors have been wonderful, professional and trust worthy. I highly recommend Town Pediatrics, Dr. Rappaport, Dr. Groeber, and Dr. Tang.

My daughter has always received good care here and the doctors have a great way with the kids. I cant give them a higher rating simply because their communication is TERRIBLE! I call sometimes ten times in a morning and get a busy signal of all things! I always have to call them for lab results, I feel they should call me as soon as labs are in. When you do get through, there is a long hold time and many transfers. Very frustrating!

Been taking my twin girls there for 4.5 years and my son for 7 months (all since birth). Friendly staff and doctors and weve never had a problem with service. I recommend them to anyone who asks.
