In an emergency they will do nothing to get you in. I understand that they can be booked. But, again if your child need to be seen they prefer to send you to the ER so you spends thousands instead of giving you an appointment so they can go home at 5pm instead of 5:15pm. I was willing to wait in the waiting room. The nurse told me over the phone they were not a waking clinic. I reply "no your her pediatrician" she didnt care and would not let me bring her in. Not a good place!!! I want to be able to bring my child in if she needs to be seen! I understand if is after hours but I call at 3pm... Looking for a new pediatrician.

We have been waiting about a year for our insurance to be accepted. We followed Dr Callahan!! She is the best. I stopped in the office to fill out the release of my daughters medical records. The ladies up front were extremely helpful! They advised me to go to the old pediatrician to obtain some of the important part of the record to be able to make an appointment soon. I brought the paperwork back, success!! I cant say enough about our first time experience with the new office and of course, we are back with our favorite pediatrician Dr M. Callahan!

Weve taken all 3 of my kids here since birth (started at Lees Hill) and love it. Theyve always gotten us in for sick visits and Dr Clark has been great for all our well checks.

Everyone is polite and we like the doctors. My son was sick and they made room for us without an appointment. In and out in 20 minutes without an appointment! Awesome!
