All 3 of my children have been going to Kids Choice Pediatrics since birth, and my oldest is almost 14 years old. I have always been happy with both Dr. Richman and Dr. VanHorn. A few years ago we had to switch pediatricians due to a change in insurance, and I hated it. I changed back to an insurance who covered visits with Kids Choice as soon as possible and I dont plan on changing ever again. Both doctors are amazing with kids, the nurses are compassionate and patient with the little ones who are scared, the office is clean and decorated fun for the kids, and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Its April 29th, 2010. The lady on call duty wanted to argue with me because they lost my childrens shot records that i had faxed from two different facilites. I was not even mad that they misplaced them, its the fact she wanted to argue about how they never would have misplaced anything and act crazy. I am the customer, we are paying them and they think they have the right to talk to clients like that. I have 3 children going there, and I am seriously considering switching Doctors. Arent we in the South? I guess people around here are losing that "southern hospitality".

I am so thankful for Kids Choice Pediatrics. We have seen both Dr. Richmond and Dr. VanHorn many times in the last 3 years. They both listen and use good clinical judgement. There was an instance when a diagnosis was not clear, Dr Richmonds persistence and attentiveness to my daughter is the reason she got well quickly. We have also received very useful parenting advice from Dr Richmond! The office staff has ALWAYS been professional and helpful. Thank you for helping Madelyn stay healthy!

Dr. Richman and Dr. Van Horn are OKAY doctors. They do not always know what is wrong and do not always prescribe the correct and best medicine. However, the office staff is beyond rude and disrespectful I switched doctors and I will not recommend them.

Been Seeing Dr. Richmond For over 18 years and love her. That office has never done me wrong and if I stay in the area my children will see her too. She has great bed side manner and is very caring informative and thorough. No better doctor in town.

The office staff and doctors are always very helpful. My son has been seeing them for over 6 years and I have never had a problem. They are more than willing to make appointments on short notice if possible. I highly recommend them as pediatricians.
