I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience! First, scheduling the appointment was fast, easy, and I got scheduled the same week. The building is very modern, tidy, and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is very welcoming, warm, and friendly. Everyone is happy to help and answer questions. Dr. Franklin is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and thorough with her examination and explanations. I got contacts for the first time, and she helped make that novel experience easier with her demonstration, patience, and encouragement. The instructions on application and care were very clear. I would definitely recommend, especially for students living near the area, a very convenient location for us

I have never seen such a beautiful store. So fresh and fashion forward. The guy who helped me knew what he was talking about and had great taste. Really the whole experience was great. I will be getting my eye exam there next year. I came in with an different Dr.s exam, Dr. Franklin was in the front and I got to meet her she treated like I was her patient! She was so nice. Everyone was. I took the time to write because they took the time to make me feel special as a customer. I love the glasses Justin helped me pick. I feel good and look good! I cant wait to go back to pick them up!

Dr. Franklin has been my local optometrist for three years now. Her office space is great, her staff are friendly and helpful, the location convenient, and Dr. Franklin is incredibly friendly and conversational. I first came on the recommendation of a friend and Im very glad I did! Bonus: her office takes the UT student health insurance plan, which covers exams, and if you have UTs Superior Vision plan, contacts or frames are almost fully covered every year.

Loved it! The staff were very friendly and very professional. They seemed to really know what they were doing and they were patient with me. Also, the girl at the front desk spoke spanish so thats a plus because my mom needed translation. (: Doctor Franklin was very friendly and would explain everything she was doing, so you knew everything that was going on. She was very gentle and I didnt feel uncomfortable when she got really close to my eye.

Excellent. Wide selection of quality frames. Ample prince range. I did not use insurance and so got a 25% discount. Tim does a great job in helping select the perfect frames. The doctor is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Normally I find doctors appointments to be a total drag, but I left feeling quite pleased. Highly recommendable to just about anyone, but in particular to UT students due to the great location in West Campus.

We were recommended here by my wifes company, and the insurer, and we couldnt be more pleased. Appointment was easy to make, we arrived early and were seen a bit ahead of our appointment times. The entire staff was the perfect example of friendly and professional, they listened to our concerns and questions and solved every problem we thought we may have. As along as we live in Austin, we will continue to return here!

Very customer oriented! The optometrist took her time detailing every option (with pros and cons) when I mentioned my old contacts were uncomfortable. Plus the staff was very friendly and professional, walking with me to pick glasses. They really knows a lot too; the sizes and features available for each frame and technical measurements of your face so the frames fit comfortably

EXCELLENT! Everyone is friendly AND knowledgeable! Very convenient to campus and they validate parking for the garage so no trouble driving in. I was so impressed the first time I used them I went back for this year’s exam. They have very modern equipment and are as “paperless” as possible. (There was initial paperwork). I absolutely recommend them to anyone!
