I have never been as impressed with an eye care provider as I was with Westlake Eyecare. The office is meticulously clean, all of the diagnostic equipment was disinfected with alcohol in my presence before I was asked to use it which I greatly appreciated and have never experienced before (I always bring my own alcohol swabs to do this myself but this time I did not need them), multiple images of my eyes were taken to ensure that the doctor had all the information she needed (at other places I have had this done they only took one image to minimize cost), the doctor spent a lot of time with me and was very patient as we were determining what my prescription needed to change to, and after she had determined the new prescription she held lenses up to my existing glasses to approximate what the new glasses would be like just so I could confirm that it was correct (I do not recall any other doctor taking the time to do that). Overall I was extremely impressed and will be going to Westlake Eyecare from now on for all my vision needs.

From the minute you walk into Westlake Eyecare, you feel immediately welcome and after just a few words with all the ladies, you know you are in good hands. I have extremely light sensitive eyes so getting my eyes dilated is especially horrible but luckily Dr. Kaufman uses newer technology that can take pictures of the back of your eye without having to dilate. This was a huge plus for me. I ended up ordering a new pair of readers and got some great prescriptive sunglasses. Both came in quick and I love, love, love them. I would 100% recommend Dr. Kaufman and Westlake Eyecare to everyone and anyone I meet. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this office! Good people, polite, efficient and they respond promptly to requests by phone or email. Lupita is the best! She is honest about eyeglass choices and she will let you know if a pair of eyeglasses you pick look good or not, and whether they will work with your RX. She has picked out glasses that I would never have chosen, but I end up loving! The pair I got last year she swore would take ten years off of me. I have never had so many compliments about how cute they look on me. Didnt think she could top it this year but she did!

I was first referred here by a friend as I was looking for a new eye doctor. I was leaving my last doctor because the customer service was quite poor. I can absolutely recommend this practice based on their extraordinary customer service. All employees took the time to make me feel like an important client and not just some number. They made it feel like i was their only client. I highly suggest this practice!

Really like the facilities, Very clean with modern technology and friendly staff. Dr. Kaufman was so nice and professional, with great explanations of what she was diagnosing. It didnt hurt that they all helped me pick out some awesome glasses (I was completely indecisive with all of their options)! I will definitely return for my annual checkups with confidence! Both Dr. Kaufman and Elizabeth were extremely helpful! I was thinking about getting contacts for the first time and both were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kaufman and Westlake Eye Care. The office is also very welcoming and cozy.

A surprisingly pleasant experience. I was able to schedule an appointment easily, and I was in and out of the office in less than thirty minutes, even as a new client. The front desk staff and the doctor I saw were all exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend the place.
