I just have to say, the review about unfriendly staff concerned me. My experience was a pleasant surprise!!! (Maybe the disgruntled customer was having a bad day?) Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in all the way through to choosing and fitting my new frames! But the best part was the very thorough eye exam given by Dr. Dobson. I dont think Ive ever felt this at ease during an eye exam. I loved my old eye doctor, but he retired. Even he never gave me as much time or answered all my questions to my satisfaction in the same way as Dr. Dobson. Ive already scheduled appointments for my husband and children (Yea! A good pediatric eye doctor!) and will certainly refer Bee Cave Vision Center to my friends and family.

Dr. Dobson is easy-going, caring, humorous, and an eyeball savant. I cant tell you how many iterations of contacts I put the poor guy through until we found the right ones. At 52, I can still see close up and far away, thanks to him. His staff is just the best, too - and patient with me. I feel very welcome every time I walk thru the front door, and I have 8 years of being a patient there to know if there were any bad apples in the bunch.

I took my 9 year old daughter here for her first ever eye exam. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with smiles, kindness, and respect. Dr. Dobson was wonderful with my daughter with all of the testing and procedures. Dr. Dobson and his office staff are top notch. I would recommend this center to anyone!

Our entire family has gone to Dr. Dobson since we moved to the area in 2008. We have always been pleased with his professionalism and expertise, and his friendly staff. His appointments run right on time and Dr. Dobson never makes you feel rushed and answers all questions and concerns. Highly recommended!
