Im giving this establishment a 1 because they tried to charge my mom for the glasses that I need when My insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield)PPO plan covers 100% on lenses and $70 on frames. My glasses that I should have received were $69.99. I felt that their front counter people should take care of everyone the same no matter the difference. They made me feel uncomfortable. Asking for more information than they needed. Really uncomfortable and unnecessary. Asking for my fathers social when I dont live with him. Him and my Mom got this insurance for me 6months after I was born. Ive had this insurance the majority of my 16 years on this planet. I never had anyone need more information than that. As far as the visit I felt that they were more about selling their products and not helping people in need. My optometrist was good at her job. It was mostly the rest of the staff. I made sure that BCBS will hear about this.I felt that my insurance provider should kniw that the staff in this place dont know what their doing and do not care about the customers needs. Last reason why Im giving this place a one is the fact that from my visit:I DID NOT RECEIVE A Receipt Of any kind. Seriously, all I know is that I have astigmatism in my eyes. Thats not enough information. How am I supposed to show that I have actually visited there , and did an exam.

Ive essentially followed Dr. Sawhney from her previous places of practice to this location. Shes been my go-to Optometrist since Ive been in ATX. Im so glad she has her own practice now and that, too, in Mueller! Love the fact that its just a hop, skip, jump away from where I work. Perfect for us Seton Associates and of course, anyone residing in the area, as well. Asides that, I always feel comfortable with Dr. Sawhney as she does a GREAT job explaining everything in detail. She explained to me why I was experiencing blurriness in one of my eyes and what I can do to resolve the issue. I had been given the option to have my pupils dilated this visit or follow-up (without any extra costs) at a later point. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Sawhney takes her time to go through all the examinations and detailed follow-up right after. My husband would say the same especially given his specific eye condition that Dr Sawhney happens to also be an expert on. We absolutely love this office and everyone who works here - super friendly! Thank you for a great experience, always!

Had such a great experience here! Im new to Austin and was having some anxiety about finding a new eye center for me to visit. That anxiety went away as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone on staff at Envision was tremendously friendly and ever so helpful in helping me pick out my new Prodesign Denmark frames and in finding the best quality lenses and upgrades. They were very informative and upfront about what my insurance with Aetna would and could not cover. The Doctor was extremely precise in her notes and did not get frustrated with me while updating my prescription as some of my optometrists have in the past. Looking forward to picking up my new blue tortoise Prodesign Denmark frames this week!

What a convenient resource for the Mueller community! Thank you Dr. Sawhney and the rest of the team for making my experience so efficient yet thorough. I had been routinely getting my eye exams at larger chain offices, but now see the TREMENDOUS value in receiving care from a neighborhood clinic. Not only was I personally addressed the moment I walked in, but Amy was very systematic in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. I wish you all the best Dr. Sawhney, and cant thank you enough for what you have already done for our community.

This is the best place to go for your eye care needs. In the year Ive been going there they have not only fair priced with great service, but also have been incredibly accommodating. They fixed/swapped out my frames on the spot when they broke after a few months and gave me a free pair of temporary contacts when I desperately needed to get a pair before leaving town. Everyone there is extremely nice and professional, I cant recommend this place enough.

Wow! The staff here are great! I went in for my first visit and everyone that worked with me were so knowledgeable, friendly and patient! Ive been wearing glasses since my elementary school years, and out of all of the optometrists offices that Ive been to, this has to be my favorite. From wait time (less than 5 minutes), to educating me on my vision, and patience when helping me choose a new pair of glasses, all of the staff rocked!

Everyone is great here. From checking in, to the actual appointment, and even picking up my frames. Everything and everyone there runs quickly and efficiently while being personable and helpful. Very nice decor, and very up to date technology. Small, but great selection of very stylish frames. This place is great and I definitely recommend it. Thanks a bunch ladies! I can see great and I look great in my new frames!

I came in here for an urgent eye problem and Dr. Sawhney was so attentive and nice. She checked my eye out very thoroughly and saw that on top of the current eye injury I incurred, I also have a dry eye problem that needed to be addressed. She took the time out to explain to me the condition and told me ways to take care of my eyes. Im so pleased with my care there I will be returning for my annual checkups.

Dr Sawhney, Amy and Sydney are great! I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in to the follow up care I received afterwards. The office is beautiful and modern and they offered me coffee and water as soon as I walked in. I was there to get contacts but they did have a GREAT selection of glasses for a future purchase. I highly recommend them for your next exam.
