I went to Doctor’s Vision Center for an eye exam and to get new glasses. At my office visit, the staff was wonderful! The front desk was pleasant and helpful. The eye doctor assistant (I’m not sure of the official title) was through and kind. Dr. Beyer was very personable and put me right at ease. After my visit, the eye center staff was above and beyond helpful. Pam worked hard to make sure that I got the best price for my eye glasses and sun glasses. There were some complications with the fit of my frames which required that I return to the office several times. Everytime, Pam, was patient and thoughtful…always saying, “I want you to be comfortable. No matter how long it takes.” Due to my work hours, I was limited in when I could come but Doctors Vision Center was always willing to work with me. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and extremely thankful that I chose Doctors Vision Center!

Dr Beyer is great. It is unfortunate that my experience with the rest of the business was not the same. When I said specifically that I only wanted new lenses in existing frames.... They tried to sell me new frames anyways. They also told me that I really should pay for the extra options on the lenses because if not, I would get lenses that were of bad quality. Found out later that the lenses were free under my insurance plan only after I went out of network for lenses. Very disappointing. Posted my concerns on their Facebook page. They removed it, called me, and tried to explain the inferior quality of the lenses I purchased. All I need to say is that the customer is always right when it comes to customer service. Give us options but dont be pushy. Even if your nice about it.

Everyone is super nice and easy going. They only used my preferred name and did not treat me any differently when I specified that I was transgender on my intake form. I never felt belittled or like my intelligence was being insulted, I felt like I was among friends. Dr. Beyer is the first optometrist Ive ever seen to recognize that I am actually farsighted, not nearsighted, and took the time to explain it to me and show me examples. Id probably had never known until he told me. The lady helping me find my frames (I didnt catch her name unfortunately) treated me like a fashion model, it was fabulous. I wasnt able to buy the frames that day but she didnt make me feel guilty about it. Superb group of people working here.

My family and I have been patients at Doctors Vision Center in Cary for several years and have always received outstanding care and service. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. The technicians are clearly well trained, energetic, efficient yet very personable. Dr. Beyer is so warm, welcoming and always take the time to explain why and what he is doing. My two young children are also his patients and he is so good at putting them at ease and making them smile. I know they are a very busy office but they never make me feel as if we are being rushed. I want to thank everyone their for their hard work and dedication, we appreciate it.

I am very particular about what doctors I see, so I feel lucky to have found Dr. Beyer. He is one of the friendliest doctors Ive met and is very knowledgeable. I never have to wait long and he never makes me feel rushed. The staff have always been very nice and they do everything they can to make sure you get all the benefits out of your insurance, while also telling you about any possible contacts/glasses rebates that might be available. They let you try several different brands of contacts until you the find the one that works best for you. Overall, love this office and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

Wonderful experience! I saw Dr. Beyer for a yearly exam and he was wonderful. I had a history of difficulty wearing contacts after a recent change from an older contact to a more breathable silicon brand and Dr. Beyer was very knowledgeable regarding the issue. This was after seeing two doctors previously that could not explain the reaction I was having (I had given up on trying to solve it). He has a wonderful chair side manner and is very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain everything in detail. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Beyer is absolutely wonderful in knowledge, care, "bedside manner", professionalism and willlingness to listen to his patient. He never considers my vision/eyes in a nutshell; instead, he considers my other health issues and how they impact my vision in both the short and long-term. Front desk staff are friendly, responsive and consistently focus their full attention on the person in front of them. Pam is a pleasure to work with on selecting and moving forward with new glasses... never a "hard sell" and always a kind, personal approach. Truly one of a kind in the best possible way.

I highly recommend Triangle Visions Optometry of Cary! Dr. Beyer and Dr. Miller are fantastic and all their associates are professional and friendly. They stay on top of current trends with state of the art technology. My daughter recently completed Vision Therapy with Dr. Miller and Nancy. We are so pleased and excited that our daughters vision issues have been addressed and not only improved her vision and reading skills, but boosted her the confidence. Absolutely wonderful staff and we are completely satisfied and will continue to use them for all our vision needs and health.

Dr. Beyer and the Triangle Visions staff are the pinnacle of professional. Dr. Beyer is clearly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eager about his profession. He answered all of my questions about computer glare and its impact on vision. He genuinely wants to make sure you feel comfortable and well-informed during your appointment. Pam, one of the eye-wear specialists, was also very knowledgeable and kind when I inquired about computer glasses. I really cant recommend them enough. For real, these folks are on point.

Ive been going to this location for 20 years. Dr. Byers and Dr. Durham are very thorough in learning all aspects of your vision and your overall health as it relates. Its like catching up with old friends each year when I go in for my yearly exam. I really like Pam that helps with your glass selections. She is honest and helpful in picking out styles that look best on you. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for any of your eye care needs as I feel they are they best there is.

Not only nice and helpful, but honest, which is really important when you cant really see how lenses look on you! Well worth the little wait! Trudy got us an apt. ASAP to care for my sons red eye & great to process our insurance. Olivia was thorough & kind to explain everything for my sons first visit. She also told us about their schedule delay, caring for an elderly lady, just like you would your Gramma. Dr. Bauer was awesome to teach us about the eye & how to get better. Great caring environment, respectful staff, tissues to hand sanatizer, water bottles. Our family is well cared for!
